I bet this game last night, at the opening numbers. I realize the line has moved, so you can use your on judgement, if choosing to follow.

Flyers - 115   Bet at Heritage   Their opener

Flyers Over 2.5 Goals  - 160   Bet at Draft Kings   Their opener

I see 3.5   + 145   on the Flyer total  = Draft Kings went to 2.5  - 180 + 140 after my wager

3.5 + 150 would still be value. I just don't want to get burned on the number 3. Especially with the proclivity of open net goals scored in the NHL this year.

Luck is certainly not on my side (in hockey, anyway). I'll just have to ride out this cold run. I've been down this road many times before, eventually luck will turn around. As long as I am at +20 Units or more, I'll be satisfied. As, the season gets into the final stages, the lines get tighter & tighter. It's the nature of the beast. Thanks for keeping the faith.

Not making any excuses, but with the NCAA basketball tournament coming up, I haven't been able to put the time into looking into all the analytics of each hockey game. However, I am playing every game that I post on this betting forum (in all sports). Handicappers are very much like teams, after a very hot streak, one can expect a cold streak to appear, sooner or later. The gambling gods will not let us get too full of ourselves. Swollen egos are the road to ruin. It's wise to remember that if one hit's 60% of their wagers, they will lose 4 out of every 10 bets they make. I am a very sore loser. It's one of my flaws. Wild-Jets Under 5.5 even    I'm not going to lie. This game was smashed Under by a good deal of Hockey betting syndicates.

My friend the Heavy hitter is on the Wild. I lean towards the Jets, because they need to break out of their slump, if they hope to make the play-offs. But, I'm passing on the side.

If I keep posting losers, I will have to refrain from posting hockey picks until the NCAA basketball championship is decided. My mind is focused on basketball. It is not fair to people following to not give 100% effort in posting hockey picks. Don't get me wrong, the line is much sharper now than it was at the beginning of the hockey season. Then, it was like picking cherries. Now it will take hard analytics to find a real edge, & I just don't have the time to do the work, in all 3 major sports. My basketball picks have continued to hit a high % rate. Maybe I should stick to that, for the time being. We'll see.
