SPORTS INTERACTION...DAMN I'M PISSED !!!!
Just got off the phone with them and of course the +135 line on Ottawa was as they say "an error". They did void my parlay wager BUT get this.....unlike my Ottawa wager, my parlay wagered amount will not get credited to my account untill after the Colorado/Dallas game is officially FINAL

Well you're right they are a native run business but just curious as to what you mean by "the legality of the book". Were did you get this info? Can you ellaborate a little?
If I had screwed up my wager by placing the bet on the wrong team they would NOT have cancelled my wager....and I know that for a fact!!

I dont know where you're actually from (im guessing its not azerbaijan) but natives have a special place in Canadian society. They get loads of $ from the gov, dont pay any?/much? tax, and have their own governing bodies. i think certain laws are really really grey when it comes to native businesses that are usually regulated by the gov (smokes/gambling) that are "historically part of their culture".
from my understanding the criminal code of canada says its illegal to run a book/home casino (for us anyways), but not necessarilly explicitly stated that you cant bet in Canada and I dont think there's any special attention to on-reserve books. sportsinteraction is a very public book running on a reserve outside montreal. everyone knows about it but given that the rcmp hasnt done anything yet tells me they probably wont. I heard the mounties wanted a list of canadians betting with SIA but dont think they got anywhere. u gotta understand the cops gotta tip toe around natives and reserves lest they be considered to be infringing on their right to form a distinct society within canada, with distinct laws and self governing rights. this book rakes in MAD $$$ from all over the world and it gets spread through the local reserve/s. The gov has bigger fish to fry, the way I see it, if a bunch of degenerates are funding SIA, that means the gov invests less into supporting the reserves themselves. WIN, WIN.
its a sketch book and I dont use it anymore. bad odds too, but every year theres a special superbowl bet that cant lose (i made $500 guarenteed on the SEA/PITT bowl but havent bet it since, but last yr the bet was available...I posted it in here but nobody seemed interested)
