The Bills coach's record is outstanding.  I would not have fired him.

Most of their fans seem happy that he is gone. I personally don't think they will find anything better.

Allen needs to get out of there asap, can’t win there 

Their defense was pretty lousy this season but with regard to the head coach I think they played too many games too tight and would get behind then let loose on the play calling which let Allen do what he does best. You have a gun slinger at the QB position and playing balanced grind it out style goes against what the QB does best. I never understood why they played prevent offense so much and maybe that is why he got the boot.

McDermott should be the obvious choice for the ravens as he's great with halftime adjustments and halftime is where the ravens seem to fall off a cliff in recent years. GM & HC should've both been released at the same time. Lots of misses in the draft, and a bad look for Beane when speaking to the press, defending his poor decisions. Beane hasn't made many friends with the local press.

Fire General Manager Beane also, the more the merrier, I think. Are there candidates out there that would work better and harder at those jobs, yes. Can they find them, maybe. Will they know if they made the correct replacement choice before the season is all over with, depends.  It's gambling from a different perspective.

They didnt just keep GM beane, he also got promoted to President, lmfaooooooooooooo. Hes the guy that has brought in all these over paid over the hill defensive players that come to buffalo for a pay check, when they are really past their prime playing.

I would say McDermonts really bad call before halftime with no timeouts to try and go down the field instead of taking a knee, probably hurt his chances of staying for another year. Honestly thou Allen choked bad in this game and i really believe that allens head hasnt been in football alot of this year with all the things going on in his life. You can turn any channel on without seeing allen in some type of commercial. I mean the guy is endorsing everything and this takes time away from his football homework. Also getting married and wife now pregnant, his plate has been stacked this past year.

All player want to win the big one, but these players all make so much money with all kinds of things, that if they dont win the big one, they can accept it cause they got all those dead presidents they can cuddle with Also the risk of long term injury is on these players minds more then ever, especially if they cant live their lives healthy enjoying those hundreds of millions  They are all human like all of us
