I noticed tampa opened at -1.5 and then saw Jets --6.5 why such a big jump in the line?

Glenn said all starters will be playing on offense. Jets D should be playing hard since everyone has shot at making 1st team and Glenn is taking back the defensive play calling this season.  Reports are that the 2nd overall pick in draft David Bailey is wrecking everyone in practice and looks to be real deal.

How do you know that and what does that say about the Jets? Just wondering.
