the seahawks +420 are the listed favorites. are they your favorite to win the title?
Darnold is not winning a SB. This Seattle team reminds me of the Jimmy G 49ers that had a loaded defense. QB limitation will eventually cost them.

Doesn’t seem like there’s a ton of optimism for this years teams because it’s so wide open. With mahomes out of the postseason, the other qbs I can count who has superbowl rings are Rodgers, stafford, and hurts. The remainder would be first time achievers to the title game including darnold. So if you look at it in that way he has a shot just as good as anyone else.

A stout defense can and did win a Super Bowl with a mediocre or just above average QB, e.g. 1985 Bears, 2001 Ravens, 2015 Broncos. Sam Darnold is better than just above average, Seattle has a good shot to win the NFC. I can't wait a potential Rams/Seahawks rematch at the NFC Championship.
Conference Championship games between two teams from the same division are awesome. I can recall such, Ravens at Steelers, Niners at Seahawks, Niners at Rams, Packers at Bears... All of these matchups ended up with one score game. One of the exceptions was Eagles routed Commanders last year.

sam darnold clearly isn't the best qb in the playoffs. he's one of the worst if you rank them according to qbr. that's down there with jalen hurts and aaron rodgers. but he's a journeyman that's more than serviceable and can move the offense. the main concern from him are the turnovers. the seattle defense would have to step up and make plays to keep them in games and mask the mistakes if darnold isn't on his game.
