Seattle Supersonics lost its residency in 2008 and moved east to become the nba Oklahoma City Thunder which won the nba title in 2025. Seattle Seahawks might loose its residency in Seattle after superbowl 60. With possible buyer Jeff Bezzos and win superbowl 60 on Feb 8th 2026

They aren't planning  on moving. Just selling the team. The owner of the Seahawks (Paul Allen- Microsoft) is dead. The team is held in a trust administered by his sister. He had no kids to take ownership of the team. Of course it will be sold eventually. The Blazers probably will too.
