Gut says rams focus on london opening up a few chances in the redzone for pitts, think he gets a few looks and converts on at least one of em. Gl.

What does Sf and Sea won has anything to do with the Rams? They are officially eliminated from division title.

Rams motivation might have taken a small dip now that they can’t win the division but they have the 5 seed to play for which is huge.
Going up against Carolina/Tampa vs Bears/Eagles is a huge difference in rd 1

For what its worth. Only added rams ml to bump the pay a bit and i fo think they win this game.... i dont put put much stock into the "they have to win this game because..... just because a team needs a W to make playoffs or better their position doesnt mean they will... look at the steelers, all they had to do was win yesterday and they coast to a division title, not only that, they just had to beat one of the worst teams in the nfl to achieve that goal and they couldnt do it, played absolutely pathetic football. Sometimes you have to look at the other side.... if (insert team) was really that great, would they even be in the position to have to win a final game? Or would they be sitting all starters because they did what they had to do week in and week out and have solidified their spot already....

That'd sm incorrect take, because even if you go 16-0 leading into week 18, if another team is 16-0, you still can't rest your starters.

Agree .. at the same time, RAMS is a much better team. At least, you are not going to worry that they don't give max effort to win this game. The motivation for a better team to win is there.

#1. Still doesnt change the fact that a team that HAS to win, is going to win. Period.
#2. In a situation where a team is 16-0 i but has to win would be a situation where common sense would come into play being that theyve done everything they had to do.... also in that situation, it shouldnt take that much thought since the team that needs to win has done it literally every f#%king time theyve took the field for 16 straight weeks, id go out on a limb and say theyd do it again since thats literally the only thing theyve done all season.
My point once again.... just because a team "has to win" doesnt mean they will..... a division rival who is out of it would love nothing more than to play their a$$es off to get a win and send a division foe to cancun early.
Dissect it all you want. If having to win was that big of a factor, anyone with a brain would wait til end of season to bet on "the team that has to win" cash the easy $ and vegas wouldnt have all the pretty lights.

@Whackamole
Absolutely huge difference. Playing at home or OTR @ Chicago or Philly. They'll play to win. Do think ATL keeps it interesting though, backdoor cover would not surprise me, I'm on ATL +7.5
