10* STEELERS +4 over Ravens - NFL GAME OF THE YEAR. As I posted on my Ponderings thread, this has been an underdog series over the last ten years (16-3-2 ATS, 8-0-2 ATS in Pittsburgh). The Steelers will miss D.K. Metcalf, but they get T.J. Watt back, which is huge. Lamar Jackson will play for Baltimore, but he hasn't looked right for weeks now, and how effective will Derrick Henry be after carrying the ball 36 times last week at Green Bay? That's a LOT of carries for a 31 year old RB! The Ravens are on the road again and on a short week. We might see some snow in this one. It's definitely gonna be cold, and Aaron Rodgers knows a thing or two about playing in frigid temperatures. This is essentially a playoff game, and Jackson has played some of his worst football in playoff games. 23-13, STEELERS!
3* Panthers +3 over BUCCANEERS - I can't ignore the numbers here. Carolina is 12-0 ATS as a dog off a SU loss, and Tampa Bay is 1-7 SU and 0-8 ATS since their bye week, and have lost four straight. By my observation, this team really misses Liam Coen (last year's OC, now HC at Jacksonville). 24-20, Panthers.
On to the playoffs!

I noticed the panther trend as well but I think both trends are so overdue to lose that it is a dangerous play. I am picking Tampa Bay to win but probably should stay away from this one just because of the abnormally long streak, it will lose at any time now.

You could be right, but something just feels broken with this Bucs team. Baker Mayfield has been playing hurt for weeks, and it shows. Plus, the Panthers are 16-6 ATS as a dog under Dave Canales. I just don't like bucking these kind of trends. BOL to you.

As a ravens fan the line makes no sense. On paper maybe it’s the right line but it sure doesn’t pass the eye test. Baltimore and Harbaugh are typically bad in big games and they give them away. This year has been a mess.

Huntley MIGHT give them a better chance here. He looked good last week.

You can say that for their lines all year honestly.

3* Panthers +3 I've lost a lot of games this year on back door covers. Ain't gonna apologize for winning on one, especially with the crap officiating in this game.

The Bucs are now 13-0 ATS as a dog off a SU loss. They're also 10-2 ATS in their last 12 as a home dog. Food for thought for the wild card round, IF Atlanta beats New Orleans tomorrow.

I feel like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. I was down 22.6 units after the first three months of the season in college and the NFL combined. But since the calendar flipped to December I've gone 13-2 ATS in the college postseason, and 8-6 ATS in the NFL for a grand total of +36.5 units, and a net of +13.9. It's not the best year I've ever had, but it kinda feels like it.
