Happy New Year fellow degenerates! Wishing everyone a healthy and prosperous year ahead! May we learn our lesson from 2025 and carry it this year (never bet on the Jets and fuck you Dan Campbell). 2026 will be our year!
As much as I hate Baker Mayfield right now I just dont see the Panthers winning this game on the road. They never won on the road since 2019. The Bucs defense is still reliable compared to the Panthers. They held the Rushing game of the Panthers to 100y last game versus the Panthers average of 122y/g. With Panthers defense/special teams you dont know what type of team will show up. The way the Panthers lose this game is for Mayfield to make errors, but you cant trust Panthers offense to dominate. I backed them at home against the Seahawks and they were just disgusting, Bryce Young is still young and has so much room to grow. This is not his year but he has alot of potential.
Bucaneers -2.5
Everyone wants to sit on Kyle Shannahan's lap right now or will do a lap dance to him just to get the chance to mingle with Brock Purdy. They have been explosive but they havent faced a team that is good defensively. The last time was week 13 and the game went under. Last season the Seahawks went 9-8 on over/under on their games, this year they are at 9-7. The 49ers went 10-7 on over/under last season and they are sitting at 10-6 before week 18 for this season. Both teams went under on week 18 games not just last year but since 2022. I know this is a crazy way to predict the game total but trends are trends for a reason. under 48.5
