Well good for Mike , I think Rodger’s will be probably gone , bc he helped run Mike out of Green Bay an_shake

One vote yes. Not my first choice (Shula) but he is an offensive minded head coach who might be able to coach up Will Howard or find their next franchise quarterback. 

At least Art the Lesser didn't pick a Tomlin clone clown who blew him away with wordsalads (double the croutons) and butterball baloney sauce in the interview. 

An argument could be made that Rooney hired on merit. McCarthy has had success in Green Bay and in Dallas. 

So I have to congratulate the much maligned (by me) owner for this stabilising choice. an_praisean_clap

 I agree and Man U are funny got me cracking up with the word salad an_roll_laugh, glad they didn’t fall for that trick either,  Mike all most got Dak the MVP 2 years ago and he is very offensive minded ,  I think U will start seeing some higher scoring teams in the steel city , if the defense can hold serve an_clap

They already had a guy who got them to the playoffs every year and then lost their first game.

I have a feeling that with Jesse Minter, your team will no longer be the Baltimore Jacksons. Minter and the owner might decide to find a new home for LJ. Minter will bring back the suffocating defense to Baltimore IMO. 
Personally, I like Lamar but Harbaugh catered too much to him and the team lost their sense of leadership and it affected their play on the field. I mean adjusting practice to later in the day because LJ stayed up late to play video games is insane (if true). confused
