The reality is this forum and many others are filled with Pats backers.
Several services starting to issue the Pats too.
Seahawks took the early money but Pats backers starting to balance the action out.
This trend will most likely continue over the next few days and into Sunday.

It seems to me that the +4.5 is bait for Patriot money.

I was feeling good about the Patriots but now I am back in no mans land again.
I would prefer to fade the public. Would the books prefer a Seattle win but not a cover or a Seattle blowout? Or would they prefer a Patriot cover and no win or a straight up Patriot upset win?

I personally think this game has the look of a very well balanced and competitive game here with a Seattle money line winner and The Patriots covering the 4.5 and that's it!
Moneyline Patriots or Seattle -4.5 losers and other plays thrown in with gimmicks involved with these two tossed in losers as well
Gimmicks may win such as a Seattle money line coupled with a correct over/under play or a Seattle or Patriots teaser with a correct over/under play etc..
Etc..but I believe MOST/BULK of the money gambled this Superbowl is on Seattle Moneyline, Patriots Moneyline and Srattle-4.5 and that's it with many on Pats +4.5 and lots of props but not nearly as much as the top three mentioned.
The points and the Patriots I believe is the play and the 4.5 will be a factor in the end with 3-4 of those points needed for the winning tickets
Just my thoughts and possibly others but really, who really knows in the end I am and just hoping my Pats with points and my analysis prevail when all is said and all os done?

First guy, got talking around the water cooler, he said "New England's played no-one"
Second guy, went for lunch a Chilli's with em... he says "Drake Maye has turnover problems"
Last guy, got em in the parking lot before he got into his Audi, said the Hawks defence "reminds him of the Legon of Boom"

Who gives shit who "Joe Public" is? Who says they get it wrong all the time? The sharps get it wrong almost as much as the public. The sharps just win more in the long run.
I said in multiple threads that it was the sharps who unloaded when the line opened at -3.5 and that caused it to move to -4.5 and -5.0. So, 70% bet percentage on Seattle wasn't by the public but by the sharps. Only like 5% was wagered in the first week, so we don't even really know what the ending bet percentage would've been by the kick off and yet there was a bunch of posts that kept on saying 70% public was on Seattle and that couldn't possibly be further from the truth.
By the weekend, the bet percentage evened out, so no one knows where the public was betting but based on what I read on this forum, I would say the public was all over New England not Seattle.
Why even bother looking at useless stuff to decide what to bet on?
Don Juan who has 20-4 Super Bowl record posted the Seattle pick.
Vanjack who has an incredible playoffs record also posted the Seattle pick.
Neither of them said anything as to why they picked Seattle. Nice and simple.
However, it looked to me like most of people on here went the other way and bet the Patriots. How sad is that?
All you had to do was to look at who is the better team and bet them and hope for the best.
Seattle is better in every position up and down the roster. Maye struggled mightily in the playoffs and Sam Darnold was just clutch and yet a lot of the posters said New England and Vrabel. Vrabel got fired from Tennessee. How soon they forget.
So simple and yet they make it so complicated picking a team to win and cover.
