Think his window is closing.  He's about to be on the wrong side of 30 which is not good for a QB who first relies on his athleticism.  Think Dwight Howard and Blake Griffin the NBA.  Once their athleticism started fading, their game impact diminished quickly.

He can’t handle practicing every week. He can’t handle the mental pressure of the job. He will shiit his pants if he ever made it to the Super Bowl. 

they should embarrass him by trading him.  And believe you me there are NOT as many takers as you would think.
