Id go Kirk Cousins.  Little better than Schaub.

 He also has the 2nd best numbers ever to start a career for a QB and has had 3 Head coach's already. Y'all sound dumb

 Not one to pile on but, jeez…he never steps up when he has to. Doesn’t use intuitive gifts, which he probably doesn’t possess. Another dismal playoff performance.

guy was hurtin bad.  Great QB IMO.  not a lot of supporting cast right now.

Loss his franchise LT during TC. Loss his starting RB week 3. Loses his 1st round rookie RB for 7 weeks - down to 3rd string RB. Loss his franchise RT for the season week 9 after initially getting hurt in week 4. OL were being filled in off practice squad & FA signings. Played through broken left hand requiring surgery and didn't miss any action, besides a meaningless week 18 game after already clinching a playoff berth. 

He's definitely the toughest SOB at that position.  That man gets his ass kicked every game and he keeps on ticking.  I'd be worried about his lifespan than X's & O's

Get him to the Vikings . Get KOC his Stafford 

The Charger finally got rid of OC Greg Norman and OL coach. Norman didn’t do any good while he was in Baltimore and they let him go. He had no clue on how to get the ball to their best playmakers or route running for WR. Hope he gets better offensive caller next year

Herbert fucking sucks

Trade Herbert to the Vikings they send J.J. The bum back to his college coach. Throw in a first rounder and second. The Vikings need a QB in a bad way. They play in a dome as well. He has so many weapons in Minnesota and he has a star and stud in Justin Jefferson. 

He sucks.  Choked in big games.

He's not Schaub and I agree with the Cousins comparison. It's true that the OC sucked but they won games and he ran the offense fine during the regular season. As of right now, the lights seem too bright for Herbert in the playoffs with this Charger team. Put him on the Vikings and I think he would win a couple playoff games.

Also, the WC game loss should definitely be on his shoulders because he absolutely sucked and he needs to use that as fuel during the offseason
