The Spurs are the play tonight. I know everyone likes getting points with the Clippers, but look at the spot for SA. They are coming off of 2 days rest playing an LA team that is playing back-to-back game.
Now, the line was originally 8 and I loved the Alt line of SA -3.5 (-220). I took this for 2 units as I had the game closer to SA -6, but this was BEFORE they announced that Reeves, Smart, and Lebron are all sitting out. SA has been a problem for many teams this season, including the LA Lakers. Ayton, Timme, and Hayes will not be able to stop Victor. San Antonio has already beaten LA in 2 out of their 3 meetings this season (the two most recent meetings) by 13 points and 16 points. Even though this game is in LA and some of the LA backups might be rested, I just think overall this is a very bad spot for Los Angeles. Look for SA to come out firing and exert dominance, i think theyll score over 60 in the first half.
