I believe Gonzalez is in concussion protocol. It always takes time to clear that stuff.

Looking forward to this matchup.  Interesting to see the young stud qb go up against this dominant defense.

Both are young teams, I agree. Houston as a team seems to have more playoff experiences. Also, I haven't seen such as this suffocating defense for some time. 2000-2001 Ravens was the last one that came to my mind.

This could be a Pats SU win by 1 or 2 points. If the Texans offense can click like their defense has been most of the season, look out.

I can't knock on the Pats anymore for playing an easy schedule but if they're playing for a good coach they will be coached well regardless who they played. This team is playing with some confidence so I expect them to give their best. Both teams playing with utmost confidence right now but I give the edge to Texans with their playoff experience and defense. Pats are one or two more season away from being major contenders again

CJ Stroud was in the mode of funk early in that game against Steelers. Granted, he settled down better during the second half of the game. Stroud has played more playoff games (W3-L2) than Drake Maye (W1-L0). After winning his first away playoff game tonight, he should feel a bit more comfortable and settled down in the next week, I guess.  

Woody Marks was awesome in the game, which would especially and tremendously help the nerve wrecking Stroud.

DK, I like what you have to say here. Defense travels in the NFL playoffs. Onto the Texans/Patriots game at Foxborough next week. Weather forecast indicates cloudy to partly cloudy day, winds w at 5 to 10 mph, mid to low 30 degrees.

Nice!  like the niners +7.5, they are gonna play much better than last Seahawks game.  Trent being back this time around is massive, and pearsall practiced today.  Linebacker play will be better too(kendricks and wallow>Bethune and winters). Safety play better too(single>brown) hopefully they can win, but I do believe they will cover.  Yea, the Texans d is a major problem.  As long as stroud doesn’t turn the ball over multiple times, I think they win. I also like the bills this weekend.  Denver is a nice squad, but not your typical dominant #1 seed.  Still not sure about the bears/rams yet tho.  Good luck

Demarcus Robinson got me impressed in the Wildcard game, he and Kyle Juszczyk stood up for the Niners riddled with the injuries. Granted, Purdy didn't play an A game two days ago. But he has a pretty decent playoffs record, 5-2.

I think Niners could hang tight with Seahawks in the Divisional Round. Niners over all are more experienced in terms of the playoffs than Seahawks.
