I've had enough of Lamar Jackson when it comes to fantasy.
I lost the 1 seed soley because of him. Still in the 2 hole, so the bye was good last week.
QB's available that I'm taking serious consideration in picking up.
1. CJ Stroud: great matchup this week vs the Raiders, terrible matchup vs the Chargers week 17.
2. Bryce Young: phenomenal matchup vs the Buccaneers, terrible matchup week 17 vs the Seahawks who will have extended rest.
3. Bo Nix: home vs the Jags, @KC week 17
4. JJ Mccarthy....cough cough. But seriously he's been great in his last 2 games. @ the Giants this week, home vs the Lions week 17. The Lions secondary is crap without Brian Branch.
I think Mccarthy has been playing loosely since the Vikings were eliminated from the playoffs. But huge risk if he plays like he did before these last 2 games.
Lamar has the Patriots at home this week, then @ Green Bay week 17. That's a terrible spot even without Parsons.
Thanks in advance

I lost my playoff match last week to a 6-8 team that somehow made the playoffs and I scored 175 pts
But here's how I think about this. If I sit Lamar and he goes off I will be sick. If I start him and he sucks I can live with it.
But if you are determined not to play him it would be Nix for sure. Second Stroud. But Nix is the only one of those I could even consider starting over Lamar. 0 chance I could ever start Bryce Young or McCarthy in a playoff game.

stroud on the road- even though he’s been playing “better” I don’t trust that offense but he may have more chances because of his defense
Bryce@home*- tough matchup the only thing I would say is if they can’t get the run game going it will place a lot of pressure on Bryce but if Seattle wins this week there’s a lot of pressure on Seattle to keep winning because they have a matchup versus San Francisco the following week which decides a lot if San Francisco and Seattle win out.. week 18 will be huge for San Francisco and Seattle if this happens.. actually MASSIVE
Bo- @KC they may be out of the picture and we don’t know how the team will react this week and the following week considering they havent been in this position.. KCs offense may not play well BUT there defense is still good..
JJ*- @home but he is hard to trust..but Lions defense has been letting them down..
Lamar- road game..he’s still Lamar if he’s healthy by then and not sick and the amount of injuries Greenbay has he could go off.. Lamar in the month of December
can’t help here Gun to my head I would narrow it down..between Lamar Bryce JJ but this is a playoff game LOL
like Yana said I would be sick to my stomach if Lamar goes off
Winning isn’t everything.. It’s the Only thing.

You are in a tough spot.. all defensive matchups

Risky Business play I would take Bryce Young playing in his house.. I understand Seattle will have rest coming off a Thursday nighter but this Win over the Los Angeles Rams was an overtime emotional win.. it is a possibility the Seattle defense comes out flat.. also Panthers are in the hunt so they will do there best to win this game.. don’t forget Panthers at home beat the Los Angeles Rams 28-31 (Panthers were +10) so there is a possibility for this to happen with Seattle in my opinion.. seems like a good spot..
Panthers are +7.5 right now versus Seattle
Good Luck with your choice @undermysac

The Safe play is inserting Lamar Jackson

@undermysac I would go with Stoud this week and reassess next week, and pick up someone else, Good luck
Stroud is a good option but the thing that kept me away from stroud was the defense could easily get 1 or two pick6s and that’s all she wrote.. hand the ball off time run the clock with a lead the raiders have been terrible but “any given Sunday” happens
Bryce has a great matchup against a reeling Tampa defense this week and he’s at home
