It's about time, it's amazing how much people in the stadium today knowing no playoffs

Hopefully the TB coach is next. Also end the stupid Rooney rule, if not than a similar rule should be put in place for the player mix percentages as well. So dumb

Rooney rule doesn’t require teams to hire, just interview. 

The GMs and owners need to be held accountable too for bad hires.

I get that. But how do you think it would look to keep interviewing and not hiring? They should just eliminate the stupid rule, I don't know of any sport or company in general requiring something similar.
