You'd have to be a coward or a sheep to be betting the Broncos here. This is reminiscent of SF at Seattle a couple weeks back. Bettors got scared off Seattle and were foolish enough to bet SF +7.

This situation is very similar w/ the line moving down to +3.5. Are you gonna be the sucker again and take the Broncos? The Broncos aren't quite a paper tiger, but they are outclassed in about every aspect and are starting a backup qb for godsakes.

Classic case where the line is manipulating public perception.

Out classed? Nope. Difference between this and San Francisco is the best pass rush in the NFL going up against a poor Patriot O Line..I'm not even taking points...Denver wins straight up.

I made out just fine w/ NE ml and -2.5.

But the weather basically ended that game after the 1st half. Pats cruise in the 2nd in the absence of a blizzard lol.

Also, Broncos +3.5 backers need to thank Vrabel for trying that ridiculous gadget play in the redzone that kept the TD off the board. A fake snap to the RB after they were dominating the line of scrimmage. I'd be furious if that affected me. Or I'd be extremely gracious as a +3.5 backer.

Anyhow, in the next game...

Charbonnet is a major loss. I'd back Seattle strongly if he was not injured. I am still on Seattle -2.5 but very small.
