Hello Covers Community. Here’s a question…

In the late afternoon battle of “who gets the first pick in the draft”…this is a completely “what if”…

What if the Giants decide to take a knee on every offensive snap? Is this punishable by some kind of delay of game penalty? Any kind of penalty? I would laugh my ass off if they could, just seeing what the league’s reaction would be!
