I fiddled around with that and came up with this (NCAAFB):

tpS(W)>=9 and week = 1 and F and line > -37.2 and n:line > -2.7

These queries with n:line added, one must add room for not only errors if using a Massey or sagarin one must be able to navigate line moves as well.  If I use n:line with the premise of say -3 I’m going to look at the results of -7 as well or the opposite if +3.  One is not going to be able to exact a -2.7 and get perfect results.  

Some years one will be better and some years it will be a waste of time.  I like the idea, because the results are indeed +ev.  On the other hand, I have enough solid queries without using such variables.

I try to remember to check the seasons.  In this particular case, the query is still cranking out winners.

Of course now that I just found it it might immediately start to regress.  We SDQL adepts have all experienced that.
