Rarely we are presented with an opportunity where the situational plays team up all in one day. Well, today we have such an opportunity.
Lakers over Dallas ML parlayed with Chicago over Atlanta ML.
I know we gotta lay down a lot of juice here but that does not matter as none of the plays are about to loose. Combined odds are at -170.
Why: Lakers gave away the first game in a manner that will not happen again. Its Phil Jackson we're talking about and he hates loosing the first game. I am sure hes not going to loose the second one in a row at the Staples Center. Kobe actually gave that game away on turnovers and if the Lakers slowed down at the end of the game the loss would have never occured.
Why: The Bulls are a young team and after coming out cold in a first game, Thibo will make sure the errors (and there were a million errors in their defense and offense and transition) will not occure at such rate as in the first game.
The edge is with coaches in both cases and we are rarely presented with such siytuation all in one day as I have stated before.

Tease the two down to bulls -3 and lakers -1 for just under even odds. much better value; if you think bulls are gonna win which i do, dont expect it to be by 1 or 2 points

I simply see no point in risking even a point or two, because both games are situational winners and its a matter of the bankroll, worth laying down the juice. I would do it even at -300 for an exmple or each game separately if they did not occur at the same day. But thanks for the heads up League Capper

Originally I had it parlayed with OKC ML as I have posted on Pick n Roll forum but did not bring it here because the OKC ML was a bit risky to shout out about it. Today I am adding this double as a new parlay myself and expect yesterdays parlay to play it out too.

That's true. It will be in a different manner in Game 2. It will be worse.
As I've already told you my friend, GL with Dallas if you are convinced. But, if you already have a hard on Dallas - you better take them with the points. My pick is Lakers ML. GL

Why not? There's only so much Phil can do when he's planted on that high chair watching his guys go through the motions. Staples isn't so scary anymore, especially with the Lakers as disinterested as they've ever been. Does anyone in Lakerland really sense a thirst amongst these players for a third straight title? I don't, and you don't, either, because that desire is absent this season. The Lakers are ready to quit right here in Round 2.

That may be what you saw, but what I saw was a wilting Laker team choking away an important game in much the same manner that Staples Center visitors usually choke away games to them. That should be hugely alarming to all Laker fans and a major warning to anyone thinking of trusting the Lakers in a teaser or betting them on the moneyline tonight. You might get away with it, but you're gonna have to cross your fingers and hope you get lucky, because in these Lakers I see a group whose heart isn't really in it.
Think about how much these veteran Mavericks are dying to break through and finally win a championship after a decade of being a contender but with no rings to show for it. Who wants it more? Dallas? Or Los Angeles? It's not even close.

I agree with LeagueCapper. Rather than parlay it, tease it.
Example:
Parlay
Bulls -500 bet 1000/ wins 495
Lakers -375
Sorry, but do you really consider that a good value??? I'm just trying to figure out your strategy.
It all depends on a risk factor. If I am playing my regular plays daily, I have set amount I am after in a game knowing I need to win at 57% rate to be profitable and 60% is great. I play without chasing losses and sit back and take game after game. In this case its a parlay which carries value because none of two are at the risk level that daily ATS plays are, for that reason, I do not want to tease it and then be sorry because the Bulls or the Lakers would win with the buzzer. To win they will, I know, so why to risk it or be nervous the whole game. I am gonna lay back and relax with blunt and watch it happen.

I am not talking betting the series winner but the game 2 winner taking the series 1-1 to Dallas. If the game 1 would be won by the Lakers, then I most probably would take Dallas ATS in a second game, but since that did not happen (I actually was happy Dallas, Memphis and the Hawks won - because I knew my next bet would be Bulls parlayed with Lakers and Okies), I am sure the Lakers, Phil Jackson, David Stern and the Refs will win game 2 for the Lakers

Great points! I have the Lakers ML in a small parlay but I totally agree with you Mr. Bator. Mavs are def hungrier. They were down 16 for God's sake and still managed to come back and control the rest of the game.

I went large on that parlay a day ago and it worked out great. Good luck bro....
Thanks Messier-11 and may the next year we would be talking about the Rangers winning in the Playoffs at least round or two. So we will be singing "Just another Rangers Monday". GL

I am sure the Lakers, Phil Jackson, David Stern and the Refs will win game 2 for the Lakers
Really? Because it almost sounds like you're hoping really hard that David Stern makes some phone calls and the refs cheat their asses off. I think the Lakers are in big trouble here in Game 2 after blowing Game 1, and I don't expect "Stern" and "the refs" to save them tonight.

LA is a very big market my friend and if you think the series are going to end up in 4 or 5 games - youre dead wrong. And if already David Stern made a phone call, it was one asking the Lakers to lay down in a first game. Ha Ha
