for anyone who thinks Orlando was right there, you dont know much about basketball, or you're just a Laker hater.
Orlando was terrible, plain and simple. The inexperience showed. They played a great game 2 while the Lakers sucked, but the better team came out on top. Orlando shoots lights out in Game 3, and the Lakers played average with Kobe missing ft's, and Orlando wins. Game 4 was a hard fought battle, one I thought, AGAIN, the Lakers didnt play all that well, but they still came out on top in OT, on the road. And Game 5, well, the best team came out on top again.
YOu see, the Lakers didnt have to play their best ball to have a chance to win. Orlando's only shot was to play their best ball, and that wasnt enough.
All this shoulda, coulda, woulda, what if's should stop. Stop hating on the Lakers. There's no way anyone can argue that Orlando is in the same class as the Lakers.
