MIA has likely packed it in. Celts would want to put it away and rest their aging players.
Just saying.
Well i hope you are right, cause like i said Celts are my team and im not betting against them so of course i want them to win... But Celts will lose on the road and win game 5 in Boston.

this is crazy. Celtics are going to put the Heat to bed tomorrow. Do you really think the HEAT want to fly back to Boston just to get run out of the building?????

NO WAY!! why would any team want to actually WIN a playoff game and continue playing with a chance to ADVANCE further in the playoffs???? That's absolutely CRAZY!! I know if I made it to the playoffs I'd purposely lose in 4 games so as to avoid any further inconvenient travel....

The point is they gave it their all for the first 3 and came up nilch. Although many will not quit, all it takes is just one or a few. Lamar Odom is a perfect example. Year in, year out, its the same with that guy.

Tough tough tough tough tough way to go down in Game 3 for the Heat. Not only did they blow Game 1, in a very humiliated way, but then to be beat by a buzzer beater to go down 0-3 in the series? All that just has to hurt. To say the Heat will win simply because of pride, where the hell was that in Game 3?

I believe Heat win by 7-10 pts on Sunday and of course get blown out in boston in game 5. Cant stand to back the Heat , but by lookin at the line, thats what I think will happen. Kind of like the Bucks were -1 vs the Hawks today

celts will look to close out this series in 4 games. i remember in the playoffs 2 years ago when they were up 3-0 and people kept saying they wouldn't close it out in game 4 but they all said they didn't want to take it home, they just wanted it to be done with. taking celts -1 BOL to rest

Well i hope you are right komot but Celts (like most teams) might take it easy and just finish it off at home. Lets not forget that usually (even that year they won the title) they were struggling huge on the road in the playoffs (they lost all 3 road games in Atlanta, Cleveland

This Heat team is no Atlanta of Cleveland fist off.
Secondly, I see no reason for the Celts to take the foot off the gas. The defense they play and mediocre offense the heat play will ensure a window of opportunity for the Celtics. Wade just doesn't have the pieces to work with on offense.

the celtics learned from the last two years of playoffs that it's important to finish off teams early. They will come out looking to put this series to bed, early and often.

First off that Celtics team 2 years ago was dominant in the reg season winning everything including on the road, they were seeded 1 in the whole league. Much better reg season that this years celtics team... Atlanta (2 years ago) was an 8th seed and they werent seen as very good. I think they probably won just around 40 games that year, the heat this year won many more games than that Hawk team. So the Celtics 2 years ago were supposed to sweep the Hawks according to all the critics and so on. And this year lot of people (not me though) thought the celtics had a strong chance of losing to the heat.

This Miami team is inferior at at least four positions. The bench is also inferior. I mean the Celts one easily without Garnett. How could you risk a dime on these bums, especially with all the nice spots out there?
