BC, have you ever checked to see what your record would be if you played your full game total plays on the 1st 5? I bet it has to be the same or even better.  These fucking relief pitchers all suck.  3-1 game humming along nicely then those relief pitchers got to get their grubby paws on the game

pirates bring in an awful relief pitcher and proceeds to give up 5-3 lead.  Managers will never change their way of thinking.  They all want to save their closer for the 9th inning, well if you dont get to the 9th inning cause you lost the lead, what good are your closers.  I have always said use your close when you need them to protect your lead and then worry about the 9th inning when you get there

The Pirates have no relievers of holding anyone down. With all due respect I'd play them over in their next game. The old days of the Pirates are long gone. They have not had a tough closer since 1979 when no one could hit Kent Tekulve.

look at whitesox 3-2 lead top of 9th, bring in another awful pitcher whos only jobs are is to get a couple of outs and sure enough gives up 3 hits and team is now down 5-3 lmfaoooooooooo

This is a landon knack fade for me.  In 23.1 innings

he has allowed 26 hits 16 runs 5 hrs and 10 walks.

In his last 2 starts he has given up 9 runs 13 hits

and 4 hr in 9.2 innings. I feel Senga will be motivated

to have a better start then he did at boston earlier

in the week and pitch way better against the dodgers

then he did in the playoffs last season when he wasn't

healthy.  Riding the mets on sunday night baseball

Pretty much risk free for me. If i lose this i will be down 4.1 units

for the day so not bad. Weekend has been ok. just about treading

water but the run i just went on allows me that luxury of this

ho hum weekend. Mets win tonight though and ill be real nice

going into Memorial day.
