Looks like the books are gonna take a while to come out with double header lines to make sure what the exact pitching matchups are and when...
i expect the same matchup as Tueday nights probables with Vazquez and Porcello going at 1pm. Lean to over 10 now that whether should be clearer and it will be a bit warmer.
seeing hammel now going for rockies instead of rogers against moyer in game 1...pushing doc back to the night cap against cook. would lean over 10.5 at this point there...just waiting to confirm

Tigers and Yankees over 10 game 1 porcello vs vazquez
I really liked this total for Tuesday but the ugly weather here swayed me off and the game was ppd as i thought anyway. Today the weather should be 56 and cloudy, so a little warmer and a lot less wet. The wind has also died down and will not be blowing in tomorrow, instead left to right at about 5-10 mph. We have an over ump here as well. Now as far as Vazquez he obviously is having another horrible stint with the Yankees although two factors do work in his favor today, possibly. Besides this year he has been a better day starter and he has been given some serious time off to rectify his problems and will have a fresh arm. However, i have seen him pitch many times at the Copa and he carries a era around 6 in this park. The Tigers always rake him here. Meanwhile, Porcello is a mess right now. He is walking too many guys and is good for 4-6 runs to be given up. Not a huge fan of betting double dips as lineups are always key, but 10 is a number i just cant pass up on and i will make these guys prove they have improved against two very good lineups.
Rangers -120
Derek Holland has shown flashes of being great last year and at other times he was blown away so its really all or nothing with him. I expect all. He was 4-1 with a .93 era in the minors before being called up and struck out 37 in 38 innings. He was named Rangers minor league pitcher of the month and he attributes his problems last year to not having his newly discovered off speed pitch that he has been using to much success regularly this year. He lost his spot in the rotation to CJ Wilson so that is not much to be ashamed of. Now, its his spot to earn. Gonzalez is having his best year ever so i am a bit concerned but if you are going to give me the home team coming off a heart breaking loss with a better lineup, whom hit lefties better i will take the chance Holland is impressive tomorrow.
still waiting on Phils/Rockies lines and then i will dive into the weather etc there. As i stated Moyer vs Hammel over intrigues as the Rocks lineup will get healthier with possibly Tulo playing and gonzalez returning from the funeral. Moyer stinks in Coors and he is coming off a complete game shoutout, that will not happen here. Hammel gave up 5 runs in his rehab start going 7. The Phils should be able to knock him around a bit.

looks nasty, cant imagine they play tulo with that report with a tight quad, hard to play an over in the snow but we'll see
