2. i used to drink 2 cups of coffee first thing in the morning. and one during the day when i was feeling a little tired. i have quit drinking caffeine for 2 years now and i tell you this was the HARDEST thing to quit. yes even more harder than smoking and sportsbetting. i quit smoking cold turkey but caffeine i had to do it in almost a month. i would get huge headaches by midday and so sleepy so the minute i took a sip of coffee my headache was gone. like that within seconds. now i have TWICE the energy as before. i take vitamins every morning. and i NEVER feel tired during the day. you may not realize and some people say well i dont need caffeine to stay awake and realize that oh shit coke has caffeine, oh shit regular tea has a shit load of caffeine, green tea has shit load of caffeine. we are all addicts if you quit you will feel better
3. sportsbetting. i have quit sportsbetting for 1 month now. its been tough and when football rolls around i dont know what i am going to do? i need help cause i love the game. i will go to the occasional casino and play blackjack in vegas like twice a year though. i am going to quit though i told myself. i do not want to feel stressed out like all during the holidays becasue some dumbass drops an interception that could have sealed the game. wish me luck.
