It all depends on the volume and quantity of the orders. If the pizzeria is well established then there is a chance to develop steady cash flow.
You have to keep in mind the price of gas.
Some of the questions I would ask:
How many orders will you have in a shift?
Average order price.
Order locations. What is the area that the pizzeria caters too?
Good luck. Tips are always great. NO Tax Income!

actually- youre wrong buddy. we work to move up the job pyramid, acquiring better positions and more money over time. its a long haul. you have to continually build your resume and work up to the big money
how are you going to build your resume with workplace/office experience from a PIZZA DELIVERY JOB
im not knocking the job, but i am saying you need to look at the future, instead of the now. where will that job get you?
sometimes you need to make sacrifices for less pay/internships, to make more money and get a better job down the line
im sure the ladies go crazy over pizza delivery boys too

Why? Im going out on a limb here and Im gonna say 98.2% of all pizza delivery people dont report their tips....thus making them tax free. I have yet to read in The Wall Street Journal of a pizza delivery boy being hauled off to jail for not paying taxes on his tips.

You can make some extra cash delivering, but be selective about what location you work out of. The lower income areas of course mean less $ in tips and also higher security risks. Middle to higher income areas are ideal-customers tend to be a little more generouse and nicer areas are a little more enjoyable to drive in. Another thing to think about is the vehicle that you will be using- don't use a new car or a car that is prone to breaking down because you will be putting a lot of wear and tear on it.
