can i ask how much you deposited......and how much you requested for withdrawl?
thanks and GL
Honestly I'd rather not post that level of personal information on a message board. Hopefully you can respect that. But I have still not received word on the remaining money owed from the initial request. It seems to have just vanished into thin air and sportsbetting.com will not even respond at this point to my inquiries

Hopefully you deposited using a credit card. Start a chargeback process for all you deposited and get out of there now. All these glorified ads are for getting deposits. They know they have payout issues but need deposits to eat and live; you come secondary. These are offshore sites with no regulation. You need to fight back. Do it now and move to a better place. There is no honor among thieves.

I really hope it doesn't come this. It honestly is turning into more hassle than its worth for the amount of money they owe me. I'll give it another week and see what happens regarding the covers team. At this point I am close to giving up on the sportsbook but hope the Covers team steps up to the plate if they are going to stand by their ranking system.
I have seen issues people are posting in regards to Logans. I can't speak on that as I have not played there. But sportsbetting.com is doing me wrong and Covers is currently standing behind them. I'm riding it out and will continue updating the Covers.com community within this thread.
At this point I would not rely on the covers.com rankings to choose your sportsbook and I would definitely advise everyone to steer clear from sportsbetting.com

I just got off the phone with Lou. He talked to the people at sportsbetting.com. The funds have been place back into my betting account. He also assured me they will be adding an additional $50 into my account to cover the wire transfer fees from my bank and a little extra for the inconvenience. The money is not in their yet but I trust that they are good for it.
I did want to thank Lou and Covers for handling this manor on my behalf. It does get a bit frustrating with the uncertainty of the industry. Apparently the processor charged me a fee instead of the sportsbook. At either rate I did get the majority of my money within 5 days. I'll update everyone when the $50 hits my account

Just wanted to say I submitted a withdrawal from sportsbetting on October 2, and FedEx delivered it yesterday, October 8, which was 5 business days after the submission. The check was for the full amount.

This is a weird scenario going for you guys if it involves sportsbetting.com because unlike sportsbook I have been able to get my check in a speed time and not have the problem of waiting weeks. I had a withdrawl on Sept. 29 and got it on monday this week, which is about a week or so. I'm thinking the check option is the best option.

The additional funds Lou had assured me I would be receiving all reached my account. This seems to have been a simple accounting error which could happen to anyone. But thanks to Covers they made good on their error. All this resolved in about a week's time from the initial request which isn't horrible.
Thanks again Lou!

Witness I have been with Sportsbetting.com for 4 years or so. I have had no probs getting my checks and of course no problem depositing.
This is the 1st time I have had problems with them. It started early Sept when they sent a check that bounced. I have been fighting them to get it credited back for what a month now saying they never got the fax of bank notice BS.. Tried calling you are on hold for 20 mins then they hang up on you. They want an email with scan of the bank notice next step. Same time I also sent a bank wire withdrawal request early Sept since this is my 1st wire transfer they have sent 3 emails back requesting for more info which is BS.. they have all the info 2x sent by email.
Lou you wanna help me out as well.

I am in the same boat in getting my money through a wire transfer. I requested a bank wire of $7,500 towards the end of September, which I was assured would be in my bank account within 5 business days. After not receiving the transfer, I contacted customer service and was told that I had to re-send all my bank wire information via email to support@sportsbetting.com. After complying with their request, I contacted customer service again to inquire if they had received my information and to get an update. CS said that they had received my information, and that my withdrawal request would be processed within 48 hours. When once again the money had not appeared in my bank account, I contacted customer once again. This time, CS asked that I email my bank wire information to another email address: wirepmt@gaminghelp.com. This was now the THIRD time that I had sent my information to them. Not surprisingly, once again I was assured that I would receive the money within 48 hours. That 48 hours has surpassed today, and I have yet to see the money in my bank account. I contacted CS one more time today, and they told me that they see the bank wire as being processed, but they have contacted their accounts department on my behalf since I have not gotten the money. I'm sure that they will just spoon-feed me another line to delay the process further. I've been so frustrated and angered by this process. Their lack of communication on their part is appalling, not only to me, but within their own structure. The CS reps seems to have no idea what is going on the payments side. Furthermore, since I was "assured" and "guaranteed" that I would have the money within 5 business days originally, and then within 48 hours subsequent times, I have used up all of my own personal money all the while expecting to have been paid long before now. I am currently in DIRE need of my withdrawal, and feel like I have no where else to turn.
WOULD LOU OR SOME OTHER COVERS EXPERT PLEASE HELP??

I have submitted a withdrawal request yesterday, Monday 13th Oct, and I am interested to see how long it will take. I gave all my bank wire info on there website and will see if they stick to there promise of processed within 5 business days. I have had one email saying they have received the request but I think thats an automatic response. They said they would send a second email when processing had been done so we will see what happens.

Wanted to update. I made a withdrawal request Oct 13th. Today is Oct 29th and all the money is in my bank account -$40.00. I think that may be my bank charge for processing it. They said 5 business days and 5 business days it was. Thanks guys.

Figure i would throw my sportsbetting.com withdrawal story in here.
Requested 2 Checks on 9/03. Deposited the checks when received on 9/12 (was impressed with how quick checks arrived). Anywho got an e-mail saying the check may not clear, but they gave me $30.00 credit for my trouble. First check was returned to me NSF on 9/22 other on 9/29.
Didn't get my account credited back until 10/12. Requested wire on 10/13. Sent me an e-mail on 10/17 requesting i verify the banking information again. Received e-mail today saying thanks for confirming the details, they will forward the information to the processing team. They will confirm all wire information and will proceed with the cashout process once the request is approved.
So we're on business day 8 since i requested my wire. We'll see what happens and how much longer it will take.

I requested 2 payouts ($2500 each) from sportsbetting.com exactly 33 calendar days ago. They told me afterwards it would be 20 business days to receive the checks. I asked sat (which was 28 days or 20 business days) and their response was, "they will arrive, it will take some more time, may 10 more days". Very suspect.

I've never used their wire transfer, but I cash out by check, and have used them for 3 and 1/2 years and never had a problem. Always get my check within 7 business days.

always been great with me. they once accidentally sent me two checks for $1700 when i was only supposed to recieve one. i tried to deposit both and both cleared. 10 days later one of them was pulled from my bank account. I guess they noticed that they paid me out twice and contacted my bank. whatever. they have been good to me on payouts and everything has cleared with me.
