Sportsbook.com CHARGEBACK?

Has anyone done this, and if so how did you go about doing it?

You call the Credit Card company and say that you would like to do a charge back for unfulfilled services or services not rendered.  You can go back six months usually but each bank is different.

Do they ask you to be specific about the nature of the charges? It technically is unfufilled services in our case is it not?

It depends, they usually don't. When you challenge the charges they go back to the vendor and ask to sustantiate.  The book can't say gambling which would be an automatic chargeback and that should wrap it up.

anyone have any luck with this???? I just called my bank and at first they seem to have no idea what it is, I googled it and wikkipedia has info on it. My bank said to go into a local branch and see a manager about this. I told the lady it was an online gambling website. Anyone doing this should i tell them or not? for when i go in

why in the hell did you tell them it was for gambling..you are making it hard on everyone. give them a couple of days please...because if you tell them it was for gambling they may not approve the chargeback because youre ingaging in an illegal act and if the sportsbook find out you even tried to get a chargeback you will get blacklisted and wont receive shit both ways..but hey gl

You have to be a moron to tell them it was for gambling, prob. the same idiot that goes into the bank with a check and when they ask you what is this check for? You say on-line gambling, thats why these processors get fucked up all the time, once they find out the checks are for gambling they shut down the bank accounts.

 

I always cash checks out with crazy numbers like, 1009.67,

that way it looks like taxes were removed, other wise these checks look shady, as if they don't already look bad enough,

 

Tell them you sold somethign on ebay, make up a clever story, they don't really care, just don't tell them you engaged in illegal activity, it's like a drug dealer walking into a bank and depositing money and telling them he sold a coke to get the money,

im in the same boat but my account is -1350 and i was told they dont know how long it will be 

yeah i was told they dont know how long it will be all last week then saturday they sent me the same leter a guy on here posted last wed. Thanks for telling me you dont know when apparently you do have an idea.

How is my bank supposed to help me if i dont tell them the truth?

Does anyone there from covers or sportsbook think there is anything they can really do to rectify the situation after. IE same day western union moneygram so i can get my acct back to positive?

Services not rendered

I have 4100 in past charges to them. They owe me 5000.

not sure if it would hurt or help me by letting them know i am attempting this as this would be a faster way of getting my bank acct positive.

 

2. Hey you arses you owe me $5000 send me $4500 now and we call it even I am sick of dealing with you and your delays. Western Union or Moneygram.

 

3. Most Creative. Hey i just got word from my bank that because my acct is overdrawn for 5 days i will be reported to authorities. I cant handle jail. I am just going to shoot myself with a letter noting that i did this because of sportsbook.com

( I hope there isnt any legal recorse, I am still freaking)

 

I have still yet to hear anything from covers i sent them an email as someone suggested they might be able to help as they advertise on this site.

anyone think there is any chance 1 or 2 options i put above would do any help or in option 1 if i tell them would that hurt?

Man this shit is driving me insane. Goold luck on whatever you do nick. I had a check bounce 1850 today that I deposited about 2 weeks ago. They told me that they have a new processor I saved the live chat and that my 2 pending withdrawals that they still dont have a timeframe for but im thinking 2 or 3 weeks will not bounce. So take it for what its worth but I hope you get your account back to positive man. update us on the situation

Just keep in mind that if you make a Chargeback ....you will become a blacklisted customer in any company of gaming ( poker, sports , casino online  ....whatever )  .....if you aren't going to deposit in any site it's OK go AHEAD , if not Don't be a asshole  !!!! good luck

A friend of mine slammed them back for 20 grand after they bounced a huge check on them....they called and said they will ruin his credit...he laughed ,said good luck and hung up...
