No help from sportsbook.com no response from them other then the delay tactics they have been feeding, and i only get this when i contact them, they have not initiated any contact.
I contacted my back and started the chargeback process, they have issued a provisional credit to my acct for the 4100 in deposits i have sent sportbook. They asked me to send them a Good Faith Attempt letter. Including the dates and thier response which i did. Luckily i saved most of the online chat sessions. I see many posts on here about the 5000+ bank wires option. Sportsbook has not contacted me at all with any options to getting my money sooner, i e bank transfer, moneygram, western union, or this chargeback process.

I have 5000 in that is owed to me from them. Hopefully this chargeback sticks as the 175 in NSFs were credited back with the chrageback as well. I imagine this will make it hard for me to get the 900 extra that is owed to me but i needed something to get my bank acct in the positive. After this is over I will still fight with them to try to get that money. They are soo messed up. I also had 2 bills that charged me 20 bucks as thier bank drafts were rejected as my acct was negative at the time

well for 1. you will not be able to get your funds from the sportsbook now.
2. u better hope and pray that the chargeback goes successfully because if it doesnt you wont receive money from the bank or sportsbook.
3. you will never be able to wage on sports online again because you are blacklisted.
4. you have really made it hard for the rest of us(not like you really care anyway)
5. the sportsbook will find the slightest defect in your acct to use against you so you will not receive a dime..
6. i can go on and on....but hey gl

how can you wait it out. Did you have money to get your acct back to positive. If not are you just continually getting nsf fees.

well im not for the chargeback because it really hasnt gotten to that point...yes my acct is overdrawn but my weekly paycheck has gotten it slightly into the positive. im telling you whats the possibility and repercusions of the chargeback because i had a good friend of my attempt a chargeback and let me briefly tell you what happened...guy was in a situation where he felt the book stole approx 3900.00 from him and the book gave him every excuse in the book not to pay...i.e hey we havent received a copy of your drivers license that we requested from back in 2005. you never sent us a copy of proof of residence..i mean u name it they threw it at him. so he makes the attemp to chargeback the funds and guess what..the bank refunded him the money he requested UNTIL one day weeks later he goes to check his account and its overdrawn over 5000.00...what happened was when you do a chargeback the bank deposits what you are claiming back into your account in good faith while they do the investigation. come to find out somehow the books showed that that what he deposited he was compensated with such services i.e 1500.00 bet on a yankess ml or some shit like that that he lost and so on and so forth..anyhow wonder how his acct was overdrawn 5000.00 when he only attempted to recoup 3900.00...well when you actually spend money that the bank has pretty much lended to you while they do their investigation you they can at any time come and withdraw the funds for not enough evidence to support your claim..so you are left with more nsf and overthelimit fees because you just go on with your life swiping and writing checks to pay bills and so on. if they have redeposited the funds back into your account...dont spend shit..im telling you what i know. books are some of the crookedist folks you'll meet if you attempt to fuck them..they have the money to run game too...ask vanzack if you dont believe me on how the system works..you might have really gotten yourself in the pickle with your bank and the book... but like i said earlier im waiting on 3200.00 and was sent threatening calls from my bank about prosecuting, to sending me to chexsystems.. anyhow if you have anymore questions ill be happy to answer or find an answer..thanks gl tbettis

I am pretty sure this is the truth about the us port gambling thing is that it is not illegal to place bets online. It is illegal for financial institutions to send money overseas. If this is the case why does it take seconds and there is nothing against recieving money overseas but sportsbook.com has problems sending money?

logged in my sportbook account today and the 5035 is in there now. My 5000 and I guess the 35 for thier returned check. I dont even know if i want to try to contact these guys anymore after what they have put me through. I either want the chargeback to stick and then them send me the 900 or if they can find a way to send me the 5000 I am fine with the chargeback coming back, not sure how all that works and if they would keep the credit for the 175 in NSF fees. Just tired of dealing with this.

You call the Credit Card company and say that you would like to do a charge back for unfulfilled services or services not rendered. You can go back six months usually but each bank is different.
what type of 'services not renedered' will justify the chargeback?

be careful. banks are aware of this practice. I did this to get my money from them and they sent it to the bank. But the bank was suspicious and asked me to file a police report. I did and nearly went to jail for filing a false police report. Just be forewarned. I think the bank pocketed the money thoug,. I tried to work something out with sportsbook.com to get the money and they said they did they sent the money to the bank, but my bank says they sent it back. I did this after they sent me a check for 2k drawn off of a bank in Cambodia. I took the check to my bank and they thought it was a fake, that also got their suspicions up. The check looked like someone printed it off their computer. Just be careful. I still think time to time to try and get my money, but I dunno what leverage I would have. I still was owed about 10-12k.

As far as other books and being blacklisted, well, it has gotten to the point where most books will hang on to their funds as long as they can. There really isn't a lot you can go. It is a good faith response on both the bettor and book. I had Diamond send me an e-mail saying after 3 weeks that my moneygram withdrawal could not be processed because they could not deliver it to my address, but it goes to the city and State. Just further delays by most books, or outright lies.
Basically, I am now staying with Greek, and that's it. Too bad Pinnacle doesn't do the U.S. anymore. That was the most reliable book ever, besides the Greek.
Just chalk your monies owed to you up to experience and move on, or move to Delaware for their sportsbooking. Maybe one day Vegas and Delaware will allow "wire sportsbooking" from other jurisdictions. Don't hold your breath.
