Manageable spread, and playing at home against a soft opponent should provide good medicine for the ailing Wildcats. I think Foles and company get a much needed win here.

I have no clue, new coach no track record on performance. What is going to motivate these seniors that deserve a better coach as the athletic director for AZ stated....Game seems pretty much even. Talent is there for Arizona with Foles heading the offense..

On paper UCLA is better. There are many teams across the country that plays good only at home. Around this time of season, homecoming games are played. Back in the day, home teams usually loses or don't cover the spread. But that was years back, kids nowa days have different attitude.

To paraphrase a popular series of beer commercials, stay away, my friends. Too many unusual variables here for me, and too many other games that deserve attention. GLTA.

Arizona will crush UCLA. They do appear to be terrible. Ive made large against them but they have an NFL caliber qb, good receivers, and have played far better competition than UCLA. 3 top ten teams. Ariz for the large....ehh better make it small!

With Stoops still at Arizona, I would have to lean with the home team giving them somewhat of a pass for their bad record losing to the likes of: Ok St., Stan, Ore (understandable), then on the road @ USC, Ore. St. That last loss is one they should have won looking at the match up on paper and it certainly appears that all that losing has taken it's toll on the team's psyche. Looks to me like a classic downward spiral if ever I saw one.... Problem is, the coach was fired and now there's an interim coach (defensive coordinator Kish) who has no chance of earning the job as UA is searching for Stoop's replacement. UCLA has lost 3 straight to the Cats and I would have to think they are chomping at the bit to exact some revenge. I think Neuheisel can get his group prepared for such a task. UCLA has a powerful running attack and their goal in this game is to use that to keep talented Arizona QB Foles sitting on the bench. UCLA features two capable backs in Franklin and Coleman garnering 194 ypg! Also, Prince who came off the bench to relieve injured QB Brehaut shined in a come from behind victory last game @ Washington State. One team is fired up to steal a victory in Arizona while the other team is reeling from a string of 5 straight losses and the subsequent firing of the head coach. I like UCLA's chances of breaking the string of losses to Arizona in this apparently propitious spot. UCLA for the upset.

How this guy keeps getting head jobs at prestigeous universities I will never understand.......he reminds me of some con artist on a street corner with a folding card table running a game of which shell is the pea under......

As a stat player, i'm throwing away the stat and go with Arizona on this one. Arizona faced much strong opponents than UCLA so stats don't mean anything. For a team that dominated their matches the last 4 years and playing at home, this pick is easier than CF/UAB. Wished I picked it when it was at -3

Good stuff guys. I like AZ here as well.
Foles is the real deal when it comes to hooking up with his receivers. The injury list looks horrific though. But this comes down to the better offense IMO. Foles > UCLA @ home.
