PS - To answer your inquiry to me about TCU and NC in week 1...Prima facie, TCU should win and cover...with new systems and a new HC for NC.   But, I don't trust Dykes...His run a few years ago was with Coach Patterson's players...He is a deer in the headlights over rated coach, from my perspective...Therefore, I will sit this one out...Good Luck!

GA Tech has the clear advantage at QB,RB, and coaching staff.  And I don’t know what was going on last year with Liberty but Salter regressed massively and was a liability in the passing game.

It’s gotta be no bet or bet on GA Tech week 1.

Coach Patterson is another VERY successful and also chubby HC. Guys energy as a HC I would put against anyone “fit” or whatever.

 I’ll be at this game in person. I find it really hard to determine what CU has with this roster IMO. I evaluate transfers as up, lateral, and down. I’m not in awe of how the portal worked out for CU. I don’t think the modern landscape of recruiting benefits Prime’s skill set. 
saying all that. I think GT got quite a bit out of QB Haynes and RB Haynes in the past. Having that backfield on the road in Week 1 is a major advantage IMO. 
I don’t know what to think about the CU roster, but I’m inclined to think that GT winning by 7+ is more likely than CU winning or covering.

I didn't have problem at all jumping on G Tech -3.5.  Twice.

 Just breaking down this Jackets defense…. A lot to be desired!! Anyone know much about this DC??  
The D line is bad, like WTH bad for a team projected 3rd in the conference… besides future NFL draft pick VanDerBerg this line is junk and no depth. Problems. 

I’ll also bring up for GT backers that this secondary stinks….and furthermore special teams are way behind the conference competitors. 

The offense is sexy (not in love with the OL) really will be exciting…but nothing tells me Georgia Tech is competing with Clemson and even SMU.  However, avoiding Miami, Louisville, and SMU lends well to the cause and wow this offense is LOADED with King, Mr Eric Rivers, and Jamal Haynes at tailback. this ain’t your uncles GT grind the option of old days. Rivers will be NFL 1st round WR imo. 

Starting to lean towards CU if I can get 5 or 6… 

My worry for Colorado is Salter was a gem the one year at Liberty .. year before with Freeze he was totally erratic .. had some good games but very turnover prone / swapped out QB starts with the other guy they had .. and last year he regressed behind a weaker OL but also had an ankle injury so I'd give him some benefit of the doubt woulda been much more efficient since scrambling was his ace in the hole .. now we go to CU and I don't have a ton of examples but we saw Grayson The Great move onto another system and was sad in every way to see our dude end his career struggling on a team that just never did much right on offense for years then get crushed by injury .. 

I'd have expected to see Salter to take the reigns in practice and leave no question who QB1 was but you can see Prime is bringing true fr QB to media days w Salter.. Prime been 'Priming' us to expect Lewis to take some snaps in this one and very possibly get significant meaningful ones even as QB2 ... why is that? .. if Salter was lock down better then just no way you wouldn't play the best guy here .. feels like Salter is on very thin ice if he's the starter and just the moment things don't go well we might see plug get pulled .. maybe for rest of the season .. Salter has to be generally more reliable as a QB but might just not be good in the offense and Lewis just needs to prove he's reliable before he takes over .. maybe QB's go 0 for 2 after leaving Chadwell's offense .. If its not that then I don't think we'd be hearing much about Lewis and hearing about him soooo early on he'd be talkin up how great Salter was QB1 pro material his new adopted son etc etc lol ..
