I am going to start with several noon games, and post as the day goes along.
Virginia + 6
Georgia Tech has played a brutal schedule from game 1 through game 6. Beat a tough VT team last week. They can run the football, and they are a good team. However, I think this is an upset spot for them. Year after year, Virginia starts slow, and they get better and better. They have one three strait starting with a good win against a tough UNC team a few weeks ago. They have been winning these games with defense. Al Groh can flat out coach, and his team will be prepared tomorrow. Virginia has not lost at home against Georgia Tech the last 5 times these teams have played in Charlottsville. Its a tough place to play, and if GT pulls this out, it will be by a field goal. Ill take the 6 points.

Who is not pulling for the Huskies tomorrow? No doubt, this team has been on an emotional roller coaster all well, and some teams respond well to these situations, and some do not. I think they will. What better distraction from the terrible situation than a game of football. We all know they will be playing to win the game for their fallen teammate. However, they also have a pretty good football team. This team does one thing well...cover spreads. They are 6-0 against the spread this year, and I expect them to play better against WVU than they have the past few years. They are elated that they no longer have to deal with Pat White. I think UCONN keeps this close tomorrow, and maybe even pulls it out. At least that is what I will be hoping for.

Bought a half point on this one. I like South Florida's defense, and I think they give Stull trouble all day. South Florida got beat by a better Cinci team last week, but the game was closer than 34-17. A few plays go differently, and it is a different ball game. It doesn't help that Pitt is coached by a guy that desperately needs a shave. I think this is a close game, and South Florida definitely has the ability to pull off the upset. Still, Ill take the points. Good Luck with the noon games.
