Casey Keenum for Heisman

I don't think anyone is saying he would be bad if he went to the SEC, that's just ignorant.  But look at his schedule:

UCLA (the best team you've played to date, pathetic) Louisiana Tech, NTexas, Georgia State, UTEP, ECU, Marshall, Rice, UAB, Tulane, to date.  Seriously?  I'm supposed to give you a heisman for 3.5 tds per game against that?  Dude Boise played JV squads in their BCS lock-out days, and their SOS would wipe the floor with this list of practice squads you line up against

To think that he'd have 34 TD to 3 ints and 350 yards passing per game, thats even more ignorant.

Ok so is the Heisman Trophey just for select schools? Apparently stats mean nothing which brings me back to the question, Should there be multiple Heismans for different divisions?

There basically already is.  He'll be the CUSA conference POY.  Thats what he deserves.  To give him the Heisman (Most Outstanding Player in College Football) is impossible to quantify.  We can haggle over the semantics all night long.  Your definition must assume that ALL players and teams are created equal?  They are not.  I consider outstanding accomplishments more outstanding if done against other outstanding teams and athletes.  To me, voters and most of America, Luck putting up 70% of the numbers Keenum has, in an offense that doesn't even come close to allowing him to wing it all over the field up by 50 points, against 10x the talent level of schedule is more outstanding than what Keenum is doing. 

Luck's numbers may not be any better than Keenum if playing similar schedules, but Keenum's wouldn't be the video game perfomances that he's shown against a schedule made ENTIRELY of the bottom half of college football, most of which occupy the bottom 25%.

I've followed UH since the Ware days. I was a huge Klingler fan too, but Keenum is a different breed. He is the son of a coach and plays the game like a coach on the field. He is a master at reading defenses (think peyton manning) I know he will produce in the NFL because he is so smart, and is super accurate. I feel blessed just watching him every gm as a UH fan. This guy will make it happen in the NFL, no doubt.

Not sure why thats funny but those guys did it in years where there werent any other solid candidates. That is clearly not the case this year. Also, Keenum is getting plenty of attention; he isn't exactly flying under the radar. But you do make a good point.
