i never tried it on hockey but what do you got to lose if it’s a heavy underdog ?   Go for it.  You don’t need to bet much at all to make a unit  and if it loses u didn’t lose much so it’s an oh well loss and move on!

Straightbets. I have been on Covers for a looong time! However, I haven't posted in FIVE YEARS! Life and priorities get in the way. I just wanted to jump in real quick and say that what you have been doing is nothing short of spectacular. In all of my many years, I have never seen anyone perform at the level you are performing right now. 

You keep doing what you do and forget about these haters with bruised egos. People need to learn to "just move along" if they don't like something.

You and smacksmiter too, keep up the great work!

Hey sirbruce - I backtested it for you on Sports insights - the dogs are 8-8 this season in NHL and 67-78 last 6 seasons (including current season)

Originally had Michigan +1.5. After finding out Livers was out I bought out of it with a high juiced Rutgers -2. The line has crept up so much (albeit Livers is out) but I would have imagined the books already knew there was a good chance he wasn't going to play and waiting for the public to see the news, raise the spread on the public. 

Best of Luck to everyone on here. I am obviously going to lose a little either way but I'm hoping Rutgers squeezes out a win to only lose my original Michigan juice. I am find taking Rutgers at -2 but at 4 now...eek.

From the site I use the money has basically been going back and forth on Michigan and Rutgers. I think it ultimately settle down on the majority of money on Rutgers but I am assuming that is due to the news Livers is out. Going to be interesting. I think this is a great bet at -1.5 when SB posted but steamed all the way to 4 got to have some people scared. This is college basketball and crazy shit has happened but I do hope for a Rutgers cover!!
