Iowa state played a great game tonight.....their length and rebounding is what won this game.....let's not forget this is a top 5-10 team when playing up to their abilities.....also Oklahoma shot lights out from the 3 point line....that's the only thing they kept the sooners in the game.

What difference did it make to Oklahoma if they lost by 5 or 2? I don't think Isaih Cousins is concerned about your $20 bud.
No its the fact that the guy ran up, he was going to take a shot, he looked over to the bench and someone waived him off. Cousins was only doing what he was told which was to not shoot when his first instinct was to.
As far as the point shaving Oklahoma is definitely very good at it, I mean the fooled you. You must think 22-0 runs are very common for teams playing against rivals on national tv. I mean jeez get a clue, i have provided all the facts and yet you still can't come up with even one logical or makes sense fact that shows this game wasn't fixed from the start.

ISU at home is money, so you probably should of considered that in your "handicapping"... Kid
ISU is a sub par team, who was made to look good on national tv because there is no one in the big 12 that can actually rival Oklahoma except for Kansas. This was a rematch game that was fixed by the players with point shaving and by the books with the line.
The story line says it all, ISU gets even with Oklahoma after they just received top ranks. If oklahoma would have won it would have been boring for the news, boring for anyone that wasnt an Oklahoma fan. The fact that it was on National TV with so much too lose and so much to gain for the books with that spread, This is the reason why it was fixed, and understanding why is half the battle but figuring out how it was fixed is the other half!

The football idiots need a fix so they start infecting the CBB forum, spewing nonsense and pontificating about teams they haven't followed all season.
Customary occurrence.
Exactly everytime these bumpkins lose a game it couldn't possibly be because they dont understand the game and situations. The game had to be fixed.. The only thing that needs fixing is blue45 so there is 0% chance of him reproducing.

Hmm seemed to me this line was a trap from the books trying to generate some extra income, knowing its the last game of the night, every degenerate gambler and their brother would take Oklahoma and the number 1 seed on the road against a 17 seed iowa state at home.
1.Someone definitely rigged this game, im just saying from a spread standpoint you have the kid dribble down the court furiously has a chance with plenty of time from a pull up 3 and dribbles out the clock when down 5 when someone obviously told him not too shoot.
2. You have the spread at definitely what seems to good to be true regardless of whether or not they are at home.
3. who does a technical foul at the end of the game out of bounds, never seen that before, definitely seemed like a little point shaving by the players, I mean they weren't even going for rebounds.
Not too mention if you tried taking a spread on half time you were locked out with a push or a loss with the -1 spread.
Look bad losses happen all the time, but I know when there is a little stink about a game that doesn't smell right.
Then you are a fool for falling for the "trap" People like yourself always have excuses when they lose, that's what happens when you always bet on the favourites rather than doing some research and having the balls to go against the popular consensus. I picked Iowa and Cuse because I can think for myself and not what others do
When you lose, accept it like a man and move on instead of making weak excuses

Stop trolling around and trying to save your precious little world.
The word is spreading around, the time for the books will get crushed by the hammer. Justice will be served, and correct spreads for future games on National TV will be saved!

Sorry to say this blue45. SInce it has that you joined Covers since 2009 you are not new to betting. Hope this is not your 1st experience of these kind of going ons. It seems to happen daily, so let's just say that you made the wrong choice on your bet.
If 'they' posted the correct line, the betting would have been too lopsided in favor of IS. So even if that kid did take the 3 pointer, it doesn't mean he was sure to make it & if IS didn't ' let up' it wouldn't have mattered anyway. You say you 'capped' the game, but how and what # did you come up with? I picked out my scribblings on that game from my trash can just to check what you wrote about. I still come up with ideas that never occurred to my 'cappin' a game before. IS was in my calculations, a net +15 pts to beat OK. If the books posted IS a -10, who would you pick? Or most everyone would pick to win? Get it? A lot of games are won by 'lesser' teams. OK is rated #1 & IS is #5. So are you saying #1's should always win & cover. You would have done well in the NBA the last couple days, 'cuz that's what's been happening.
I don't know how much you lost but I'd like to get some 'heavy hitters' that bet a lot of cash to share some of that on my picks... I myself can't make enough $$ betting my own cash, so I want to be a tout. Here's my take for today. don't bet the Conn/ the Fla gmes. The line seems right on the $$. No 'give' for the bettor. Here's one for ya ...SC -1 over Miss. GL
Rule #1, Everyone doesn't win every bet. It comes in streaks.
Let me say this. I hardly ever watch sports on TV. I'll get too upset, haha. This is not DF games. Stats alone won't make anyone pick winners. There are a lot of things going on...
Will have a few picks up later this wk, when I get used to setting this site up...

Kid, you're telling me that the script was Okla staying in the game by making 17 3 pointers (are you kidding?) and then, in their senior seasons, Hield Woodard and Cousins are told to take a loss and they're jus going to do it? A ref may have an inside job like Tony Greene riffing all of Kentuckys big games, but to act like the players are in on a script....... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Every sucker in the world was on Okla, ISU beats a good team every year or almost at least.
Oka road stats: offense 43% defense 42%
ISU home stats: offense 50% defense 43%
HMMMMM looks like ISU is better than Okla in a raucous home environment. AND OKLAHOMA JUS PLAYED A TOUGH WVU 3 DAYS AGO QUICK TURNAROUND. Iowa St beating them is not inconceivable? Oklahoma is a jump shooting team which is not a good thing on the road and ISU thrashed them in points in the paints and rebounding. WOW THIS IS SO SHOCKING
GO CRAWL BACK UP YOUR MOMS CLOWNHOLE fukk boy. Learn how to cap some games and maybe you won't have to write novels about how you picked the sucker team you sucker. We should call you Tootsie Pop cuz you're like a sucker. Sucker.

Oh boy another point shaving conspiracy theorist. Just another pointspread that was right on the money, OU with the chance to win the game with 20 seconds left if Cousins hits that three-pointer that was halfway down and popped back out.

If you would have known anything about betting college basketball you always bet a lower ranked home team favored over a higher ranked road team. It has been profitable for years. Some years better than others but one thing you shouldn't ever do is take a higher ranked team on the road if they are a dog.
I don't think it was rigged or fixed at all but whether it was or not if you knew this one thing you would have known not to take Oklahoma in this spot. You either take Iowa St. or you don't play it.
