Well guys last night Vandy's bench outscored MTSU's 32-4 and still MTSU won the game outright. 0-1 day -$770 7-8-1 on the season -$1,980. I have one play today and it is:
Drexel +9 for $550
A City 6 battle tonight in Philadelphia{Drexel not part of the big 5}and the 28th all time meeting between these 2 schools. LaSalle comes in at 5-4 playing 2 games in a tournament in Ireland and in the last game they beat Holy Cross 58-54 despite shooting 36% from the field. LaSalle looking to make some noise in an A-10 that has VCU and Dayton in "reset button" years. LY LaSalle was 15-15 and couldn't guard against a runny nose. It also didn't help that Pookie Powell got hurt and he is their pitbull. This year Pookie is averaging 16 PPG and 3 Assists and you have BJ Johnson leading the way averaging 21 PPG and 9 boards
Drexel comes in 4-4 winners of 2 straight beating Rider their last time out 89-77. Drexel outscored the Broncs 50-36 in the 2H as well as going 7-14 from 3 in the 2H. The dragons outscored Rider 17-5 off TO's. This is a Drexel team that IMO is 7-10 points better than LY's squad as Coach Spiker is in year 2 of his rebuild. Spiker did a great job at West Point even leading them to a 20 win season...which is like winning 47 at North Carolina. the big key for them to take a step forward in the CAA this year is their transfers being eligible in Troy Harper{Campbell} and Tramon Isabell{Mizzou} Harper is averaging 11 PPG and 3 boards and Isabell has exploded early in the year averaging 22-9 and 3 assists as his stat line
The big thing Coach Spiker changed LY at Drexel was he wants to play fast and shoot a lot of 3's. they were ranked 68th in tempo according to Ken-Pom. LaSalle wants to keep this game in the 60's Drexel wants to play in the high 70's low 80's. Drexel IMO is not good enough to win outright but i like them to keep this game within the number

Line shot up when Isabel was announced out prior to tip-off. Dragons were already without Sam Green, Troy Harper, and Overton.Down to 7 scholarship players tonight. No backup guards behind Kurk Lee Jr. and Mojica...
They’re cooking. They could go down to 4 like in Hoosiers and La Salle wouldn’t figure it out

You know guys i went through my betting log and noticed this year i've done better with smaller schools than big schools. So going forward i'm going to try more often than not to bet on small school games
No plays for me Friday as there are no games i like or Saturday because of Army-Navy. I'll be back Sunday
