Lol... all these guys are posting actual genuine opinions, that are not even bashing you.. relax... Only reason Im posting is because with 10 points, I agree, ND should keep it close ish. I just dont see where ND puts up points... And NO, you DO NOT run the ball against Alabama. Ony 2 guys to figure this out have been Aaron Murray and Manziel. There is suspect secondary for Alabama, and thats the only way to win...I dont see Everett Golson exposing this, but at the same time I dont see Alabama's rushing attack running for 350 yards again. 24-17 Bama, these teams are gonna try winning it the trenches and ND will come up short doing this. It comes down to ND and how many points they can hold Alabama too...and I think if they keep their possession time high enough, Alabama gets a max of 24. I am skeptical on how much ND puts up, but like I said 24-17 seems like a good call. |

And btw...yes Te'o is a top 10 defender in the country... I hope thats a joke. Maybe not top 10 athletically, but he will get top that physical level once he is in the NFL. Theres a bigger factor...football sense, smarts, he has all that plus more.... a football heart that you dont see like that in many players. This guy is easy top 5

I think Manziel wins it but Te'o deserves it more. Te'o played in a system that was not expected to win, but this young man clearly played the biggest role, on any team in CFB and he took a mediocre team and theyre defense to the next level...and now they are in the NC when they were more then counted out. Manziels picking apart of Alabama was incredible, but over his whole schedule there were games where he did not shine, although for the most part he looked great. I do not wanna see that Alabama performance take too much bias in the decision process. But, I think his freshman status says alot.... to come into the SEC, agains these defenses, as a freshman, and do this... it is quite incredible, and this is why he probably wins. Also, totally agree with needing to wait till the end of the season. I mean, what if Te'o and the ND D come up with a bunch of picks, or FF's and return a few to the endzone? Possibly beat Bama in an upset? I know its regular season basis, but in that scenario, you would have to lock in Te'o as the winner if he could replicate what hes been doing all year against Bama in the big game. |

This is brutal, so what if some people love the tide? Whats wrong with being a homer for your team? Waste of useful forum space |

now...wouldn't it be dumb for anyone to take that? and just as dumb for me to pound my chest if i won both?
same goes for Boom's bets.
No, you get the regular spread of +4 and +7 if you want to play. By SEC homer logic, 1 and 2 ACC should be of equal value to 3 and 6 SEC. Apparently the college football world thinks their pretty even aswell, considering UF is # 4 in the country and the gamecocks are 12, and the ACCs are 10 and 11. |

Dont know the line yet. Dont care. Texas A&M is gonna KILL Missouri next week.....
in College Football lol the line was precisely 16.5 at the open. 20+ points is way too much too give.and your right train, Johnny Football by no means has the heisman locked, but with a big game against this putrid mizzou team it could really help his chances. A&M will come out hard I will also have some $ on them |

IF ND beats SC, their in. Its simple...theirs nothing to it...Oregon is better, but their schedules are basically indifferent when talking NC. ND gets the upper hand for sporting the green and gold lol... Youll see. |

1993 ND was the better team... they lost to BC which would ruin any teams chances?? The seminoles beat Nebraska right? If I remember correctly Nd absoloutely crushed FL state in that game, although they didnt win by alot. If they replayed Fla St and won then it would be settled? Point is your argument is wrong because they never got to replay them... whereas last year Bama showed a similar case where they replayed LSU... And we saw how that turned out. My mosquito football team from 20 years ago could beat ND, but thats not the point. Every person in power availabile will try to get them in if they win out. It will do wonders for CFB that are beyond your thinking capacity. WE KNOW theyll be number 4 tmrw, why the fuck would you say that? Learn and read up, bigger issues here. Its more than a NC game in the end. You heard it here, If ND wins out and the others dont impress by large margins, the Irish are in. And guess what, I dont give a fuck about the Irish, but I know im right. Your a hater on their tradition and history. I can tell by the way you bias against them. Its wrong because fans do the same sadly, all the glory to the irish, but nonetheless they are the face of college football. Theyve done so much good for the game. To be a mediocre team and get to number 3 like this, youll see. The public will be with them and ride them. Good luck come bowl season your gonna need it. |

Great showing. No shame. You are uneducated and wrong. They took, easily the best team in the nation to the brink. The shittiest offense in CFB actually put some points up on BAMA! these kids played thier hearts out for the fans in Louisiana and your saying they should be ashamed???? This team is so offensively challenged, you couldnt be more wrong. They worked hard, and almost earned that win, but Les and co. are dummies and Saban and his coordinators out smarted and outcoached him. I hate the fuck out of LSU and Les Miles, but the kids played damn good. This wasnt a poor showing. This game actually makes me proud as a college ball fan, to see such strength, skill, and dedication from players and fans in a super hyped, hostile and energetic LSU environment. Great game, and its clear, assuming no bad luck for the Tide, they roll this year. |

Lol this directed to mtp...not to be direspectful, but you gotta get back to basics. Dont insult some hard working cappers and enthusiasts here. Week 1...Michigan, Bama, are you kidding?? WEEK 1???? Week 1 freshman shit their pants when their welcomed to the big show. Teams grow, develop...find out their identity. Denard Robinson and company really are a good football team eh? They can barely keep up in the shittiest big 10 conference history known to CFB. Mich State...no words...see ya. ND is a good football team, but they didnt deserve these, or if they did, not as much as Oregon or KState would go out and deserve it. And guess what. Does the avg college football fan or a computer give a fuck if it was by 3 points or 33 points? No. 9-0,10-0, 11-0..thats what matters. ND is an good football team... But do not say they will get into the NC cause they earned it. I love ND football...good family history actually, but this is beyond that of a fan. Theyll get in cause of the word Notre Dame, and you gotta learn that. PS, Oklahoma is shit. ND and KState beat the same shit team. They in the same category. Mich state and Mich *APX.* equal to WVA or TTech (who also doesnt deserve a ranking). You gotta reevaluate everything you believe in football. Bottom Line, ND = Good, But not nearly championship good, however, they still get in to the big game. |

I dont know if anyone cares to listen to this...but what alot of people are saying here is dead wrong. A few have valid points, the rest wrong. Fuck USC, fuck oklahoma, fuck all these teams that Oregon/ND can beat. Oklahoma has proven they arent for real, and USC to some extent, all these teams dont matter, in Norman, in South Bend, whatever, these teams have too many flaws that can correlate to the true success of ND/Oregon/KState Someone posted about 2/3 human ranking and 1/3 computer...this is the right answer. ***Assuming*** all the 3 behind Bama (After their gutsy performance in Baton Rouge) win out, Oregon is out, and KState would have to put on a show. Oregon would be AWESOME to see, their ground attack vs. bamas D, or even Kstates D and mobility vs. Bama, but ND carries an x-factor (History and $$$) that the other 2 dont. We know Oregon would beat ND, and K state (probably), But has CFB ever been fair? Last year really questioned the system, and itll never be accurate till a playoff. The big 12 has taken a reputation beating for lack of D....Kind of false... it only looks like shit compared to the SEC. Notre Dame, although hated by too many haha, will have the best shot of getting there because thier sched was *hard enough* to allow them through. Too much cash, respect, and big picture issues on the line that people like us cant even begin to understand, whats behind closed doors. ND would get in, although I agree unfair. Oregon and Kst cant even blow out teams 56-0 and get in. Thats how tough this situation is, and too mant people who are biased against ND will never get it. So, until one of these teams posts a loss or a big swing that can change things, everyone is really wrong lol, its so obvious it seems incredibly complicated. The computers will fully aid ND, and the "human element" of the BCS...will favour the others, but not enough to avoid ND getting in. Everyone who cant wrap their heads around it...i was equally as lost as you but get into reality and good luck in the future |

Great write up boom. When it comes to talkin resumes, your right... Kstate is probably higher than 4, especially if they if they win most of their games in what is a very tough schedule. It is clear that the top 4 right now are very interchangable, however I still give Bama the edge, I do think they would be beat Kstate and oregon and florida when it came down to the line. No need to say anything about the big 10... Weve all been talking about it since earlier this season...it is truly shit this year. As for OSU, you mentioned Meyer is gonna take the program the right way which I completely agree with, but man this team has squeeked out some undeserving wins, and by very low margins. If they play a real football school, they'd probably get pumped, and this is the "highlight" of the big 10....ouch, whoevers in the rosebowl is in for it. Agree with ND. The reason why they will probably lose next week is that they dont have an offensive glamour. Only thing that scares me is that they can play D, and thats a special x-factor they have that makes them win these ugly games. Im a ND fan in its respect for the game, but in Norman id take the Sooners up to -10 probably. Agree with you on going larger for that game. Finally, im a defensive minded guy... We all know thats what wins. But a part of me inside would love to see the Ducks win it all. Your right, these guys packed it in at the half, and why wouldnt they. 43 points against a somewhat respectable az st club way before halftime. its incredible, and a part of me wants to see that exciting, incredibly fast offense take the NC, although I dont think itll happen. Over the next 2-3 weeks were going to see some changes in the BCS, everyones starting to get the idea of whos gonna fade and unfortunately Kstate will have a loss that will put them out, but were going to see oregon/bama/florida left in the running....hell maybe oklahoma if they keep winning theyre really starting to find their form and they look good. BOL keep goin hard! |

Boom, you can see there are people stepping up that dont post and dont say anything but they follow. Theres probably alot more than you think, considering I was one of them. Stick around. Whatever you provide to this forum, is special and unique. Just keep having fun predicting college ball outcomes and insight, thats what it is. I used to be about the money but Ive found more then that now. I just truly love my saturdays betting and watching football and knowing that I know football. Your presence is a positive, dont leave boss |

Look, Oregon is not the number one team, your straight wrong to say that. People are saying Bama and co. would eat these guys alive, which is also false. Powerhouse SEC teams will beat Oregon apx 80% of the time, but Oregon would make it close. Check into reality, their D has stepped up this year but it needs to be bigger, faster, stronger, and most importantly, more savvy and smarter. The SEC D will halt the incredible run game, and lets be real oregons air game is very unproven, this is why they wont win. Still a respectable squad with amazing talent and speed thats unheard of. Dont bet the sides anymore and dont complain, I see too many people bitchin about the waves they go through with oregon. And parlaying this shit??? Are you kidding lol, pick your winners, you will be more profitable. |

Was reading this thread and instantly knew someone had a bad night of betting. If your a true capper you know where to stay away. Betting sides with Oregon is NOT how you approach capping college ball. Very volatile team simply due to the fact that sometimes they put up 60 and sometimes they allow 40. Why the fuck would you bet it and then complain and rant in a thread where you chirp their jerseys?? We know they go for every 4th down and 2pt convos, and under Chip its always been like this, so STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT LIKE IT! DONT PUT MONEY ON IT its beyond simple

I could see the oddsboys starting at 3.5 ..maybe 4 to get that even flow of cash on both sides on taking the field goal or not..I have a feeling that's exactly what its going to come down to

Ill agree with that, but when I say they looked good, I mean considering they were playing a tough opponent in Auburn. Take this D vs. the other teams they play throughout their schedule, non-conference and weaker ACC teams, I think they'll do alright. Mind you, with Ellington running the ball like he did and Boyd showing many points of strong play, when Watkins returns I don't even think this D will hit the field that often. This is why Im leaning the over because i know Clemson is going to put up over 40 pts and even if their D does show up BSU will still have a few scores. |
