Oops...sorry for the spam...I meant a paltry $2k

Better still...all of you who think giving away $50 is a great idea just come see me and pay me a percentage to hold your cash. You'll know where I work and if the casino trusts me with millions, I'd think you can with a paltry $45. Happy to help and happy to accept your money. Better to give it to me than them, don't you think?

Just send me your $50. If you don't want to spend your money on Friday, stay home and go on Saturday. Geez. Or, detour to Primm, come to the casino cage and pay me $45 to hold your money for you.

Oh...and no need to post a reply to mine. I won't see it. Probably won't be back before February if even then. But I'm sure there will be SOME idiot who'll post something crappy in response. Talk about attention person!

Man...most of you people are grade-A assholes! What does it matter if this guy shares a system or if he even HAS one? So you bash him and flame him because he doesn't give away how he makes his picks? Your choice to tail or fade. This website has the biggest percentage of dicks I've ever run across which is why I stopped posting and why I only come back once a month if I'm bored. Yeah...it's annoying for somebody to claim they have a winning system but if you think this guy is such an idiot, why would you care about, much less WANT, his system? Hell, I was posting and even posted a winning 12-team teaser in the NFL and the J-wads still posted crap. I don't know why ANYONE here would post ANYTHING to try to help other people. Complete waste of time. It's like walking up to someone and handing them a hundred dollars and having them spit in your face. Screw every one of you that bashed. If they banned all of you, Covers would dry up and blow away. This site has more assholes than a proctology clinic. Either thank the guy for posting or STFU!

Can anyone tell me what the 3rd and 4th quarter lines were on both the Knicks and Bucks games tonight? I'd really appreciate the help!

Money in the bank if you bet it correctly. Otherwise, I imagine it would be like putting your balls in a vise and slowly tightening it.

If someone would book it, I'd bet 100% of the teams in college and pro football this week can expect "a running and passing attack". Sorry...just sayin'. |

And by the way, the Redskins are #30 of 32 teams in pass defense...which goes a long way toward explaining how Stafford put up 37 on them. And...in case you didn't watch the game or don't have Sunday Ticket, the Lions were extremely lucky to win that game! I mean c'mon...23 points in the 4th quarter? And 13 of that came in the last 4 minutes. Stafford is decent but without a complete Redskin collapse, the Lions lose that game by at least a touchdown to a VERY crappy Redskin team. Just thought that needed to be added for those who are considering the Lions plus 3.5 to 4 points. They're NOT as good as you make them sound. They've beaten a grand total of TWO teams that rank 16th and 22nd in scoring offense. If that impresses you then you need to cash out at your book and mow the lawn or shovel snow on Sundays. How good do you have to be to beat Washington and St. Louis...a pair of 4-4 teams? Not saying it'll matter here but it's a step up in class to play the Jets. And Rex Ryan is going to be pissed off! And what happened last time the Jets lost? Christ! I can't believe I have to tell people this. It was the first game of the season against the #5 scoring defense in the league. And what did they do? Trounced New England the next week 28-14. You people jumping all over the Lions because they were lucky enough to beat one of the worst defenses in the league last week are outright nuts! I don't like either team but I can tell you this. if I were going to wager on the game I'd be on the Jets or nobody. Talk about over-rated all of a sudden. Backing the Lions because they beat Washington? Really??

Anyone who watched the skins vs lions would have seen that Stafford was off on quite a few deep balls and still managed to put up 37 on a relatively sound redskin defense. Jets have a great run defense but Lions will be throwing not running. Oh, and Stafford is better than Sanchez by a mile. Do you people even "LOOK" at stats before you post garbage? Sound Redskin defense? Try #24 of 32 teams in scoring defense rank. And Detroit is a pile of crap also...#22. Ya think that may be a clue why the Detroit total has gone "over" 8 of their last 10 games dating back to pre-season? Yes, they're better than the 1-15 team. But the Jets are #2 in scoring defense. Yes, they are susceptible to the pass at #18 in the league. Detroit is #19. A notch below them. Only argument for the Lions is that Stafford "IS" better than Sanchez so far this season in the passing department. Lions will have a shot. But you're posting things when you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. The Lions beat Washington who has a VERY unsound defense. And people think that was a surprise? The line is off, but it's because the Jets can't pass and all a smart coach has to do is have his team stop the run early and force Sanchez to cut his own throat and pass. Lions might win but not because they have a good defense. Because the Jets are lousy and Sanchez looked decent last year and is drinking his own Kool-Aid. You "are" on the right track on one thing. The public hasn't seen Detroit and all they remember is a lousy 1-15 Lions team and a Jets team that nearly went to the Super Bowl last year. Nobody seems to think to type a few keystrokes and check stats and that's why the majority of people are "gamblers" and why sportsbooks clean house. Here's a nice hint if you want to play this game and win...take the OVER now, before it goes up and have fun watching. |

Shrynn thinks that people who talk about themselves in the third person are either self-affected or 100% opposite...have little self-esteem and need for their names to be noticed. Shrynn wonders why people do that. Shrynn is puzzled. But then, there are many personality problems that Shrynn doesn't understand. Shrynn apologizes for thinking that this post is oddball, but it is. However, Shrynn is happy for your success.

Easiest answer? Because he's playing the worst pass defense in the league at home on Monday night with same-season revenge. The line would be 7.5 or more if he hadn't lost Clark and Collie. But don't think for a minute that Anthony Gonzalez and Pierre Garcon can't do as well or better. Addai's health could be cause for concern but Donald Brown isn't a slouch. I don't see why this is such a hard game to handicap. Houston beat them in Texas, which is great for the line in this game. Everyone is over-thinking it. Houston is a decent team and will probably not be blown out. The number is odd also and makes people wonder. Personally, I'll buy the line down to 2.5 and end all doubt. But I imagine I don't need to worry, even at 5.5. I may lose. It certainly wouldn't be the first time. But I can't see any way the Texans win this.

24-28 points for Indianapolis
17-23 points for Houston Worst case, Indianapolis wins by 3 in overtime. Best case, Indianapolis wins by around 10 points. And either way, I think it goes under 51, also. But that's just me. Also, makes no difference where Texans injuries are concerned. They're last in the league in pass defense so even if they used kids from pee-wee league football, they can't get worse. Injuries on defense for them are irrelevant, wouldn't you say? |

So, that Mice posted that trend makes no difference at all. If you like them, then here are the ones that favor the Colts:

Actually, if you check box scores (home for Indi and away for Texans) you'll see that Houston has allowed 13 more points in the first half than they've scored. And that Indi has scored 27 more points than they've allowed. That doesn't sound too good for a Texan 1st half money line to me. I have Colts in the first half at 13 to 14 points and Texans at 6 to 7.
These teams, home and away only, have combined to score 51 total points in the first halves of games, hence your line of 25.5 seems to make sense. BUT...those numbers were for first halves of 4 games. Making allowances for points scored, the first half should be about 21 to 24 total. Why not wait for the first half to be a "little" lower scoring than they project, then take the 2nd half over? Now, at home in the second half, Colts outscore opponents 27 to 20. But if you look at Houston, THEY outscore opponents on the road 37-17 in the 2nd halves so far this season. I'd be a lot more inclined to take the Texans ML in the second half. Overall IMO, second half is not much better than a toss-up. Tough to put money (for me) on something I can't justify with numbers that don't add up...especially if the Colts lead at the half. I do agree with you on Indi ML but the price is pretty high. Why not just buy the points down to Indi -2.5 and save the additional -145 in juice? Also, I'm not sold yet on the over. I'm very aware that the Texans have the rock-bottom pass defense in the league. And that would seem to make a great case for just giving the points with no ML involved for the game. But with a week to prepare (both ways) it looks to me like the oddsmakers set the team total for Indi lower than it should be if this game is going over. Only 28 for Indi...at home...on Monday night...with Peyton tossing for over 320 ypg? That seems to point to a possible "under" in the game if Indi plays any sort of pass defense. Also, Houston is is love with Arian and their running game lately. They may well employ the tactic of "keep Manning off the field". I have a funny feeling about the under, especially with the public "supposedly" being all over it and the line not jumping into space. I actually have the game total more like 24-17 Indi winning. 28-20 highest. But my opinions aren't always the best so I wish you all the luck if you play it the way you posted. (and By the way, I like Houston in the third quarter...a lot). |
