Cubs closed out the last chase yesterday. The universe and the baseball gods were good to us with this simple little system. Since posting it has gone 123 - 0 ; and as stated in post #1 it had gone 109 -0 before I started posting. The units of profit are larger than those numbers because we played 'dogs' on the money line. Some were only pups but some dogs had a bark to them. Are we guaranteed the same results next year ? No, but I will take what is given at this time - that's Justice. Allison_ Road will take you to the finish line with " Part Deux". I my self am going to Vegas for 6 days. Thanks to everyone for the support.

Considering the success of SFJustice's system in MLB last season… has anyone applied it to NHL this season and made a successful transition of it ?
Quick glance over current season (2014/15) results would look like this: left number are the wins for each stage (numbers in brackets on right are the losses for each bracket)
A: 57 (56)
B: 32 (24)
C: 10 (14)
D: 10 (4)
E: 3 (1)
1 loss (won on G)
So based on results up until and including 17th Feb 2015 the system sits at: 112W 1L if applied to a 5 game chase.
I may be 1 or 2 games off but it's reasonably accurate.
So yeah just throwing it out there for consideration, surely someone has tried it for NHL this season.

Interesting thread. Given that the win % for all games is less than 50%, I'd play this on a labby line.
I don't like telling others how they should run something but the only change I'd suggest is to include the Fade team in parentheses to avoid confusion especially when a new series starts and the chase is still going.

I started doing some back testing on this system. Just completed the AL East for 2011, 2012, 2013. Combined record of 122-1. The loss was TB. They got shutout on August 5, 2012 and then won 7 in a row.
Loss would have been mitigated on a labby line. There were a lot of game 5 and 6. I couldn't imaging running this using Martingale.
Will run some more teams and chime back in. Hopefully no more losses.

I'm assuming those back test results was for MLB as the system was designed ? Not for my curiosity if applied to NHL ?
