I think you are taking what Beaver has been saying out of context. He is not saying his picks are 100 % correct, but just going by his system, rather than offering his opinion. Thanks for the kudos.

Thank you for directing me to the Wyoming thread. I hope you continue to post your decisions using Kenpom because I feel that using this insight combined with my knowledge of each team we will be able to pick some winners!

Muskrat and Buildingblocks think that is not acceptable. You must conform. But i look 4ward to ur input. Musk and Building u blame me but take a way a thread for gambling and made it lame drama. I think this is boring. So do other people. |

Beaver, great work posting these picks... I was using Kenpom during my analysis in College Bball last year.... upset to find that you have to subscribe now....
In regards to "away/towards" plays... I see that the "away" plays are hitting at an 80% clip.... can you explain the away/towards again... cause I'm confused.... If it's an"away" play that means the line is moving to a "worse" number for us? Like -1 to -2....?
Or does it mean "away from Kenpoms Line"? Ex: KSU -7 KenPom; -4 Vegas.... and the Vegas line moves to -3... is that an "away" play??

You are correct, away means the line is moving away from us.... hence if we wanted a dog 8,7,6... so 2nite the fairfield line is getting bigger... moving away. |

If that was the case, I would have a lot of plays each day...you are really showing your IQ today. I have my own system that seems to be working pretty damn well in case you want to check my W/L % and units won. I guess I do the same thing with my NCAAF picks. Dude, you're a complete joke. I'm sure you work everyday probably selling paper like they do on the TV series The Office. You would probably compare to Kevin pretty well. It's pretty obvious with everyone here jumping on you that you are doing something wrong. |
