BetDSI payout issue

I requested a payout via check for $2,500 on BetDSI.  I've been a long time customer and have had no issues up until recently.  I received the check, made the deposit, only to have the check returned.  The check was issued from a closed account and now my bank is wary of a possible fraud.  To make the matters worse, when I contacted BetDSI about it, it seemed like a routine for them the way they responded.  No apologies, just email the copy of the returned check.  I am highly disappointed, disturbed and frustrated with how BetDSI is dealing with this matter.  Moral of the story: Don't deposit or play on Betdsi!!!!  Anyone have similar stories, feel free to share.
