Eating only fruits, veggies, meats, fish, etc. A friend of mine has been doing it for soccer and raves about it. Will let you know how it goes. Hardest part is not being able to drink anything besides water. No alcohol even.

My problem was often times I was out and not many choices that only a caveman would eat so you have to pack a lot of dried fruits, nuts etc just in case.
