I don't think BB will pour it on his Def Co. If they're way ahead in the third quarter, BB may pull Brady like he did in Miami in 2007. Miami came back and Brady had to go back in. Just Saying

If I were a gambler I would have taken Atlanta or New Orleans to win the SB. Those of you that actually bet and lost need to tell us who you are betting on so we can take the other team.

Brady played Schwartz defense five times. He scored over 35 points in four of those games. In one of those games Schwartz had the #4 defense and Brady scored 37 points. I don't know who's going to win, but this could be a high scoring game.

Pat's have never won a Superbowl by more than 6 points. Just Saying.

Atlanta: Last 6 games. 4 of 6 teams had losing records.
NEP: Last 6 games. 6 of 6 teams were .500 or better. Brady doesn't play against the quarterback, he plays against the defense. Just saying.

According to the 2009-10 NFL team salaries database, the players got 3.2B. With 9B in play, how is that 60-40 players. Where did the other 2.5b go? Retired players? Health insurance? I want some of that.

According to the 2009-10 NFL team salaries database, the player's got 3B. Both sides agree that there is 9B to split. I don't think it's unfair to ask what the NFL did with 6b dollars.

Yep. Just read the news on Boston.com.
It seems like BB's had enough. He can't hold on to the ball or stay healthy. 2,000 yards in 4 years doesn't cut it in the NFL. |

Best Bet Cincinnati . New England offense predictable. Defense porous.

Saints wilted in the heat in DC last week. How will they hold up in the fourth quarter at mile high?
I'll give 5.5 and take Denver.

Saints +6, Dead money. #1 offense against third worst defense in mile high stadium. Saints were wilted after the DC game. What will they be like in the fourth quarter in mile high.
Indy's always a good bet as long as they have PM.

I like Denver as the best bet of the week at -5.5 over New Orleans. I know it's early but, Denver's number 1 offense against New Orleans 3rd worst defense should be enough to cover. New Orleans is giving up too many points (avg. 25) per game.
Denver holds the edge over NO in almost every category, points per game. yards gained, yards allowed, time of possession, red zone efficience, and kicking.
Brees has thrown almost as many int's as td's. Denver runs the ball (Avg. 143.5 yds) as good as most teams. New Orleans averages 78 rushing yards.
Denver average points per game is 40. New Orleans averages 24 points per game.
The score could be close until the 4th quarter when NO will run out of gas in the thin air of Mile High Stadium, just as they wilted in the heat in Washington last week.

How can anyone like Madden? He has simply run out of meaningful things to say.
If I hear him say, "it all starts with the offensive line", one more time I think I'll go crazy.
Or, how about, "it all starts with the quarterback".
Or maybe this one, "it all starts with the defensive line".
Brother, give me a brake
