Not that you are really interested in a discussion, but the policies they espouse, increase land available for drilling leases, Streamlining permits for deep water drilling in the gulf, streamlining the permitting process for power plant construction, repeal of Obama care, reigning in the EPA on CO2, etc. Reduction in corporate tax rates for goods mnufactured in the USA to competitive levels, All of these, free up capital from the private sector and their expansion of business creates jobs.
The govt doesn't create anything, it derives its money from the confiscation of wealth generated by others. By it's very nature govt doesn't create jobs, however it can easily destroy them.
Reducing govt spending will create jobs, reducing tax rates will create jobs

I can't speak for anyone but myself. I have always thought those who count on the govt for everything and look to washington for jobs, or food or housing or whatever, will always be disappointed.
The lack of jobs bills was a reference, in my opinion, to the passage of all the job killing bills that were passed by the democratically controlled congresses, exm. The Cap and trade bill, Obama care, etc.
By creating more hurdles for business and more uncertainty, they have put a damper on job creation.

koaj - i wasn't proposing a direct correlation, however if allowed to keep more of your own money and spend the way you choose you would probably improve your lifestyle and in doing so you get extra enjoyment in life and the goods and services you consume provide business growth and thus jobs.
Money in the hands of producers is far more effective at stimulating the economy than money disdtributed by govt.
