I see everybody & their mother on Arizona. Arizona does have the Rams number. Both defenses are pretty good. Both offensive lines are below average. The Rams arguably have the best pass rush in the NFL. The Cardinals have played 3 woeful teams without a pass rush so far. I think this game is very close & low scoring. The public is pounding Zona & the line hasn't budged. Huge blow out last week for the Cards while the Rams got beat. The Rams need this one more & I expect them to be more motivated than a team coming off a 40 point win. People keep talking about the Cardinals offense averaging 40+ per game, Kap gave them some of those points. The Rams offensive line is down right awful but I think they'll have some success running w/ a healthy Gurley & Mason back. Palmer will face pressure for the first time all season. He has a history of throwing pick 6's. I expect this game to be 20-17, maximum, either way. Loving the under here & think they'll be 12+ punts. Pressure all day on both QBs. Whoever wins turnover battle will win a close game. *Handshake

rams if they couldn't even score a td against a big-ben less steelers they aren't keeping this one close unless palmer throws 4 picks. that offense is putrid and good luck trusting foles not to throw picks (possibly pick sixes) against the no fly zone

I agree with you 100%...But everyone knows this and everyone is taking Arizona, and yet the line remains at -7???

Go big on the Rams or go home I agree with you on the the Rams front 7 getting to Palmer 17-13 Rams with the upset
I wouldn't personally say go big on the rams. I never make big bets when there are too many angles going against a play.
1. AZ dating back to last year, has been nearly unbeatable at home with Carson.
2. Talent. Offensively AZ holds a huge advantage, racking up points at will, albeit against inferior teams. You know they can score a ton of points real quick. Can you say the same about the Rams? Hell No not even close.
3. AZ is hot and has momentum. Granted, I analyze games on a week to week basis, but do you really want to throw a huge amount of money against a juggernaut that's on a tear right now?
Stl easily has the ability to keep up and play close, but perhaps there's even more of a a chance they get blown out! As a general rule of thumb, I won't bet on the crappy teams, and I usually won't bet against the elite teams.

Arizona is far from elite! That bogus running game will come to light Sunday leaving Carson Palmer in predictable pass play situations only this time with a more than capable front 7 to destroy him! The old Carson from the Raiders will rear his ugly head on Sunday causing panic in the desert!

Rams offense have run the fewest amount of plays of any NFL team and subsequently are 2nd to last in time of possession. The defense has been pressuring the QB but have only 3 turnovers to show for it and are allowing opponents to hit 47% of their 3rd down conversions this year.
And let's not forget about the Jeff Fisher factor. The guy has been living off a reputation of mediocrity for over 20 years and burning bettors the whole time who believe he's actually a good coach.

The Rams have a weak offense so I probably couldn't back them against a team that's one of the best in the NFC. It's professional sports but you have to be realistic about the strengths and weaknesses of these teams. The Rams need to put up around 24 or more to win the game. Let's just say I'd be surprised.

Let's not forget the rams beat seattle. They are built to compete within the division. The line cards -6.5 or -7 seems like they are begging you to take the cards who have looked great against weak competition. This one could be close. The rams will sack palmer a lot, if that leads to turnovers they could steal this one.

Kinda like the Rams here myself...although I liked them last week vs Pitts too and really couldn't believe they couldn't put up more than 6 pts vs them at home. That is certainly discouraging. But, on the other side of the ball...Big Ben was in there for the majority of the 3rd quarter, so through almost 3 full quarters they held them to 9 points. That is impressive. Steelers offense is way more dynamic than the Cards...I think everyone would agree on this.
As has been mentioned numerous times above, the Cards have beat up on some bad teams...but they are a good team regardless. This would be Rams or no play for me.

I agree that Rams/Steelers game was downright ugly. Worst game of Week 3. I thought there would be more points for sure, especially with Bell back. I don't think the Cardinals will be able to run the ball that well. Which makes the Rams pass rush even more dangerous running downhill all day. Palmer is due for a bad game. Foles looked awful last week. They need a better gameplan to get Tavon Austin the ball in space. I think the Rams keep this one close.

Cardinals got into the Playoffs with 2nd and 3rd string QBs because of an elite defense. With Palmer back they have the offense and are clearly flexing their muscles on both sides of the ball.
I keep hearing about this cupcake schedule, and the "dreaded Rams" are here to spoil their party. Well the Cards have held Ingram Forte and Hyde to a pedestrian 3.5 ypc. Id group the Rams RBs with Ingram and Hyde, so I don't expect big things from them in AZ.
Last time Foles played AZ he threw 2tds and 2 interceptions in a MUCH better offensive system. I have my doubts he does any better than that here.
This Rams team was likely looking foward to that Hawls game week 1 all summer, they have a passionate hate for the Seahawks and are built to beat them (that Seahawks team at least in the first 2 games wasn't the elite caliber team we we're used to seeing either. ) Since then they put up 10 against the Skins and allowed 24 points to a team with a sh**ty qb that is one of the worst under pressure... (Rams prolific pass rush where are you? ) and they put up 6 points at home against a mediocre Steelers defense!
I'm suppose to believe this team comes into Arizona and puts up points againts a phenomenal defense at home while keeping up with an offense thats been bullying lesser teams into a damn near mercy rule.
Yes this is a divisional game, so was last week for the Cardinals hence the -7 line. I obviously like the Rams better than the 9ers,and they always show up for divisional games, I just don't see them covering even if they play at their best, Cardinals beat them with a 2nd string qb last year, this Offense is dropping 40 a game with Palmer and that isnt even the strength of this team!!! If this was in St Louis id probably take the Rams to cover, here, in AZ with how these teams are trending I don't see any other side that a sane person could possibly back.
