Here is a strange trend i've found for the AFC West division.

I haven't checked any threads. And i usually don't do so because i trust my handicapping regimen over people's perceptions and consensus.
I wonder what whould Kyle Orton or Philip Rivers say if they were asked that question. I wonder if any players on the field pay attention to the spreads and predictions that are published in newspapers and the internet.

I don't just rely on stats and trends. Because everybody have access to that. Everybody.
I guess you missed the biorhythms & ephemerides part. But i understand. People overlook and ignore anything that is esoteric and anything they don't understand.
Its a lucky day for Kyle Orton (B- rating) and a slightly unlucky day for Philip Rivers (B rating).
It was an unlucky day for Eli Manning (C+ rating) and a very lucky day for Drew Brees (A+ rating).
Would people still have made a bet on Eli Manning if someone told you that it was Eli's unlucky day? Most likey because it seems people have contempt for the esoteric and will just ignore unscientific warning signs.
