Always like to go with teams coming home down 0-2 and I be surprised if we don't get at least 2 out of 3.
Magic -1.5 2 units
Now up to 2.5 but I took this early on and for an extra unit as I have watched a lot of Magic games this season and they are a pesky team that has built some chemistry. Their main problem is they have the lowest 3 point makes per game in the NBA. Well, that and Donovan Mitchell has been killing them.
It seems like bettors and oddsmakers alike feel like the Sixers have the strongest chance at getting a home win tonight but IMO Orlando is the best pick despite their lack of playoff experience. They won more home games than Philly while winning their division (in fairness there was only other one good team in the Southeast but it was Miami so finishing in front of them is decent) while the Cavs have one less road win than the Knicks, and most interestingly, despite being 2 games over .500 on the road they have only gone 3-9 in their last 12 road games). So I would prefer that and only laying a single bucket to the nearly 6 points the Sixers are laying now.

Having said that, I think Philly will probably win tonight as they really played well towards the end of the season and we all know they should have won the last game. The 2 min report has admitted the refs screwed up multiple times costing the Sixers the game by not calling fouls, not granting timeouts and so Embiid will probably be shooting a lot of FTs tonight. This looks set to be a long series and the NBA would love a Philly/NY classic which for that to happen we need a win here at home where the Sixers have been fairly strong.
The last game was a real anomaly as I watch the Sixers all the time and they have a good knack for pulling away from teams in the 4th quarter. Which they had done last time in NY before getting extremely unlucky.

Probably wait til close to tip off as I'd imagine bettors will lean to Denver after the last 2 games.
I always like to fade a team that makes a huge comeback, especially if the next game is on the road. This is my least favorite of the 3 picks as I have seen the Lakers mess up 4th quarters not just last game but a few times. However, Denver didn't make the one seed this year and I think LA if they just get some guys like DLo and Reeves to hit some jumpers, Lebron and AD will definitely be getting the calls in the paint tonight back at home.
