Tim Lincecum has been downright awful this year. I mean he is making Barry zito look like an ace. I am giants fan and it's painful to watch. The Cy younger is no where to be found... That being said....
Tonight he is playing in his hometown, a pitchers friendly park vs. an awful Seattle offense. If there was ever a time for him to snap out of it with a dominant peformance it would be tonight. Also the giants have already pretty much said if he doesn't have a quality outing tonight then they are gonna skip his rotation spot. Lots of pressure for him to deliver tonight and SF offense has been swinging the bat well lately.
Giants -110... If Timmy doesn't deliver tonight I won't be backing him for a long long time.

Super tempting, love the guy, he's been improving, and Seattle suits him well. I'll make a call closer to game time on this. Even if he brings his B game, Giants bats probably bail us out

Don't like it too much. Seattle, by total runs (178), is the highest scoring team in baseball, at 4.8 runs, a game on the road.
Clearly that 3 touchdown game inflates things, but they are much better on the road (even though At&t park is similar to SafeCo). Tim just can't find the zone, and when he does has Liriano syndrome where he cruises and they hits a wall big time.

One would think little timmy will bust out in a pitchers parks vs a weak offence, that's what I thought a few weeks ago in his start vs the Padres, the little fuck gave up 4 runs or some shit.

Don't bet on the Giants when he's on the mound until he proves you other wise!!!! That's my take. Also he pitches in one of the best pitching ballparks in all of baseball and hasn't faired well so far this season.

I was on Tim when he played against San Diego too. He had 1 bad inning giving up the 4 spot, besides that he was dialed. I realize that's all it takes, but he showed positive signs. His most recent outing against Texas was a forgetful one. But the Rangers offense can make alot of pitchers look that way.
I just don't see the Mariners being able to do much tonight, I might be wrong but Timmy will show up tonight

of course bouchy isnt going to say he wont skip his next start if this is another bad one... but the giants had talked about skipping this start but change there mind thinking a trip back to his home town might change things around for him............ hopefully the giants are right.... even if he has a good start tonight its not going to save his season... look as his stats from last year and velocity they have been going down.......

huge giants fan down here in the heart of texas, timmy won't get his start skipped unless he absolutely blows up. The boo-birds haven't come out at AT&T yet because of what he has meant for the team and the city. I own a "Let Tim Smoke" shirt and by god they should drug test him and get the bud smoking out of him in the off season because his velocity is down, he's leaving pitches up in the zone consistently and you just gotta wonder if the freak is back to normalcy. That being said I'm on the G-men tonight because A) they are playing against Seattle, and B) I know not to bet with your heart but god damn I want him to come back to his old self and whether he does it or not, I just keep reliving the magical world series run and the dominant pitcher I used to know and love. Go get em Timmy and for goodness sakes "DON'T LET TIM SMOKE!"
