Just received my second payout from them. This time it went a lot faster and received my four money orders in the mail in less than a week. Thanks Richard and I hope you send me more in the future. LOL

I hope we do too. For every loss there is a win once the bets balance out. Happy you are on the right side of it and making that coin. Again...congrats, and thank you for the kind words. Getting paid matters most.

Requested a payout in the form of a moneygram this morning at around 8am. Had it processed and ready to pick up at 4pm same afternoon. Unfortunately didn't have time to pick it up today, but will for sure tomorrow. A+ service again

You requested a moneygram? Didn't know that was an option. Do they take the charges out of your winnings or do they pick em up?

I requested a moneygram today as well after reaching the requirements for the 150 payout from the free promotion. I've never used moneygram before, only checks. Hopefully it's available tomorrow. Richard, can you tell me how this works, will I get an email with the moneygram information once it processes. Thanks.

Unfortunately there is a charge of $30 on a money gram. It is an annoying charge but they are pretty set on it... The reason I prefer moneygram is that there is no hassle ever... it is quick and efficient... and no one ever asks me questions (unlike when I used to get checks and worry about the bank getting involved or not accepting them etc)

I had my first moneygram experience through BetPhoenix as well a few months ago. It is very simple... within 24 hours log back onto the website... on the screen where you click continue to get to the lines... there will be a name, reference number, and location where you moneygram is coming from. Then you just go to any walmart CVS etc and request it. They make you fill out a form with the info, sometimes will request a photo ID, and then they pay you the money. Easy

So after the $30.00 is there more charges when you pick up the money @ Walmart, CVS, etc? I know to send the money gram it is a % of the total you are sending. The first one I received was a check and the second one was (4) money orders. Thanks for the info. Good luck to ya.

It's $30, no additional fees when you pick it up. Like I said my favorite part is no worries about where the check comes from, or it getting rejected/flagged questioned... The people at Wal-Mart ask zero about it, all they want is a photo ID and the number.
Picked mine up today with no problem.
I have heard after something like $2,000 they may look into it... or don't have to pay you in cash... something along those lines. The other thing I don't like is that at my local Wal-Mart I see "international money-gram $11 flat fee" so you know BetPhoenix recoup's a small percentage of their loss on this transaction. But I don't mind paying a few extra bucks for the great service and the ease of it

We don't overcharge the fee. The MG/WU processors that do this apply the normal transfer fee ($11), plus their service charge (either flat fee or % depending on company used). They do this on $$$ inbound too. We pay the MG/WU fee., plus the extra they charge. They are 3rd party to us, so not a lot you can do there.
